Lo que nos gustó fue la cercanía a los lugares que necesitábamos ir a visitar, el desayuno y servicio, el patio con área verde, el trato de uno de ellos en la recepción excelente se sienta al lado de la habitación 3 justo saliendo a lado derecho. lo que no nos gustó es que no hay estacionamiento, tiene que ser en otro lado en un lote que el costo lo cubren el hotel pero no es cerca de la propiedad, no nos gustó que el cuarto que nos asignaron número 3, estuviera al lado de la recepción, estamos a la vista de todos los que te ven salir del cuarto, tampoco nos gustó la cama, es dura y pequeña para una pareja.

Plaza Chapala Hotel is in great location and is close to shopping, food and the city Centro. The grounds were lush and lovely and the staff was wonderful.

When you walk in, the grand staircase, Mexico style, presents a lush garden view as you ascend the stairs. The front desk, well versed in English, greets you warmly. The staff is friendly, well trained, and informative. You get a feeling they really care about your stay. They say, they are there to answer any of my needs. You are shown around your room, TV, Air-con, Fan, safe, how keys work for night closed doors and any other questions I can ask.

My family and I recently stayed at this charming hotel and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing and delicious. I recommend the chilaquiles and their pancakes. The hotel itself had a warm, inviting atmosphere with thoughtful touches that made it feel special and unique. One of the best parts of this hotel is its prime location—just a short walk to local stores, restaurants, and shops, and incredibly close to El Malecón, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of charm! Muchas gracias a Santiago, who treated us like family when we were there.

The downtown area and the pier were within walking distance. Very beautiful city.

Charming atmosphere, welcoming staff and unique! Furnishings and courtyard area were beautifully decorated. Stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our room. Very clean and daily delicious breakfast . The chilaquilles verde were my favorite! Super comfy bed and wonderful shower! Felt very secure with our garden suite and in room safe.
