滞在当日現地に行ったが、治安の悪さにびっくりし、とてもじゃないけど荷物を車から下ろす事はできないと判断した。すぐチャットで問い合わせたが、情報を収集しますとチャットで返事があったが、未だ回答が無いままです。 結果宿泊はしてません。 もう少し、地域の情報がないとはじめいく場所なのでニューオリンズ楽しめませんでした。 Hotels.com今まで結構利用してましたが、ちょっとがっかりです。

古い建物をホテルに改装したものです。 建物は古いですが、清潔感はあります。 駐車場はなく、「ホテル周辺の道路にご勝手に。」と言うものでした。 夜間、「一人では出歩きたくないな。」と思わせる雰囲気があり、寝てる間も車が心配でなりませんでした。 ただ、総合的に考えると、ル・モンドにも歩いて行ける場所にあり、また、価格的にもアリです。

100年以上前に建てられたホテルにですが、メンテナンスされており、清潔で狭いながらも快適に過ごせました。南部の古いホテルでは虫などよくでますが、遭遇しませんでした。 治安の良さそうな地域では無いけどフレンチメンStへも歩いて行ける距離に位置してます。フロントの方も親切で機会が有ればまた利用したいです。

The hotel is going through upgrades. The staff were all absolutely spectacular people. Our room was clean & safe. It is an older hotel and they’re doing an amazing job of keeping its charm and history!

Friendly and helpful staff, good location and close to grocery store and Frenchman Street.

The front desk employees were amazing. I had a issue with my plumbing and I was offered a better room and a one night room comped.

Jasmine was awesome and did everything she could to figure out our stay for the night.

Its was very clean

Charged me $71 for the room then $100 deposit when I got there, that still hasn’t been returned even after I called about it and they said they started the refund process. Bathroom had not been cleaned, hair all over, plus only one towel.

The location was centrally located for the events we were to attend. The acess to the RObert groceery staore and hot deli was great fopr qjuick delicious breakfasts, I think a rolling "coat" rack to be able to hang up certain articles aof clothing would be helpful. A mirror in the bathroom, and more hooks/racks for towels would be nice., throw away beverage /water glasses would be nice for tooth brushing. The floor in the bathroom needs to be reenforced . Overall it satified our needs and use,
