We had dinner in this hotel while the stay, which was really good. Staff was very helpful... even we don’t have enough time we could get to the meeting point (black and white river) because one of the staff recommended very good guide for us to make it shorter and comfortable. I recommend this hotel if someone stays in Manaus.

A localização do hotel é bem próxima ao teatro e a bares e restaurantes da área central. O quarto é grande e confortável. A piscina é um enfeite, nada prática, fica espremida entre o prédio do hotel e a construção ao lado, não tem como ter mesinhas para relaxar na beira da piscina. O café da manhã é a lá carte, achamos razoável, o suco não era natural, as frutas eram servidas no pratinho tipo iscas .

Great hotel, food and breakfast is fab

Hotel lindo , excelente localização e equipe maravilhosa, tudo feito com muita qualidade, unico ponto que poderia ser melhor seria a piscina onde faltou um aquecimento e alguns pontos de hidromassagem ai ficaria perfeito, pois é um paraíso o local .

The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The photos and facilities were excellent. The location was wonderful and the food at the restaurant was the best we had in Manuas.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern with great shower water pressure. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the Theater of the Amazons. Lots of restaurants and ice cream shops. The onsite restaurant was good too. Nice pool area although we didn't have time for a swim. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Manaus.

We had a very brief hotel stay (3 hours) due to an overnight flight, but breakfast was lovely.

Péssima experiência. O hotel é bom, mas não faz jus ao preço da diária. Ficamos hospedados por duas noites. Considerando que nosso voo de retorno era mais tarde, perguntamos se seria possível usufruir da piscina à tarde e disseram que não seria possível porque não estávamos hospedados. Isso é completamente absurdo, até porque íamos consumir. Não é o tipo de tratamento que você espera ter ao se hospedar num hotel como esse. Zero acolhedor.

A rainforest haven with luxurious amenities. The restaurant is excellent and the area was very walkable. I could have stayed in the pool all day.

Good location near airport and restaurants.

Room is very spacious,larger than most other hotel rooms. but at Villa Amazônia you must order your breakfast from a menu. It was bizarre and unnecessarily difficult for English speakers.
