We had dinner in this hotel while the stay, which was really good. Staff was very helpful... even we don’t have enough time we could get to the meeting point (black and white river) because one of the staff recommended very good guide for us to make it shorter and comfortable. I recommend this hotel if someone stays in Manaus.

Staff was particularly nice, extremely helpful and accommodating. Hotel and rooms were beautiful!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern with great shower water pressure. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the Theater of the Amazons. Lots of restaurants and ice cream shops. The onsite restaurant was good too. Nice pool area although we didn't have time for a swim. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Manaus.

We had a very brief hotel stay (3 hours) due to an overnight flight, but breakfast was lovely.

Péssima experiência. O hotel é bom, mas não faz jus ao preço da diária. Ficamos hospedados por duas noites. Considerando que nosso voo de retorno era mais tarde, perguntamos se seria possível usufruir da piscina à tarde e disseram que não seria possível porque não estávamos hospedados. Isso é completamente absurdo, até porque íamos consumir. Não é o tipo de tratamento que você espera ter ao se hospedar num hotel como esse. Zero acolhedor.

A rainforest haven with luxurious amenities. The restaurant is excellent and the area was very walkable. I could have stayed in the pool all day.

Good location near airport and restaurants.

Room is very spacious,larger than most other hotel rooms. but at Villa Amazônia you must order your breakfast from a menu. It was bizarre and unnecessarily difficult for English speakers.

This hotel is beautiful from lobby to pool to restaurant and room. Simple and elegant with spaces to relax. Food was delicious and the staff was first rate.

A delightful small hotel in convenient location. Staff always helpful and endeavoured to cope with a guest speaking neither Portuguese or Spanish.

I stayed for one night in Sept 2025. This hotel is priced more expensive than 5 star hotels in Sao Paolo. I found it deficient in following respects - 1) too much nouse by house keeper at 0800 in the morning. They are cleaning rooms and making perosnal phone calls while cleaning and you can hear it all plus unlike 5 star hotels of SP, here cleaning starts at 0800. 2) No one in this hotel likes to speak English or Spanish except the manager. 3) there is place to get down from the car once you arrive here as one has to open door on a busy street. There is no place to park the car temporarily. They were very rude with my driver who was waiting for me for 15 minutes outside the hotel asking him to leave. Good point - Clean room, good internet, good water pressure, good ambience inside hotel but no way this hotel is worth the price they charge.
