3階のツインの部屋に泊まりましたが、トランク広げられないほど狭かったです。 冷蔵庫はなし、ドライヤーはあり。 フロントのスタッフはみんなフレンドリーだけど早口でなかなか理解できず… ホテルの場所が中心から離れてるので食事、買い物など移動の手間がかかりました。

ミロ公園からの通りに面した静かな所で良かったです。何処に出るのも便利。宿泊料金からするとまあまあかな。

清潔で快適なホテルでした。スペイン広場に近く、地下鉄も近くにあり、街中なので便利です。スタッフの対応も良好でした。次回も使いたいホテルです。

スタッフは親切で部屋も特に使いにくい点はありません。 日本のビジネスホテルくらいの満足度です。 ランプラス通りなどの繁華街へは電車の利用が必須。最寄りの駅も10分は要するので、多少煩わしくは感じます。

値段の割に清潔で、水回りも問題なく快適に過ごせました。スタッフは男性は愛想がなかったですが、女性スタッフはとても感じがよかったです。

La habitación muy cómoda y el personal muy agradable

La experiencia ha sido muy buena en general, las chicas de la mañana y la tarde fueron super majas. La habitación está muy bien, la cama es muy cómoda, lo único negativo es que para cerrar la puerta de las habitaciones hace mucho ruido y se escucha de una habitación a otra, además, de que entra un poco de luz por la puerta y eso hace que por las noches la habitación no está totalmente a oscuras. Pero la habitación es grande y amplia, no le falta detalle. Tienen una sala donde hay café, agua y té para beber cuando quieras y sin tener que pagar nada y, puedes estar en la sala tomándotelo.

It was nice to stay at the Chic and basic velvet hotel, staff is very friendly, kitchen area has a lot of options and the hotel is in a very nice area. Only gap that’s why I gave 4 stars is the air conditioning in my room, it was an old and outdated system and there was no extraction fan in the bathroom. All the rest was great

Property was clean and conveniently located. However, there was one front desk agent who was not very friendly or helpful. All other agents would greet you as you walked in our said goodbye as you left, but the older gentleman would not even look up from his computer. Very awkward and unfriendly.

Not far from the train station. The room and bathroom are both spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The free minibar drinks are a big bonus. The rooftop area offers a nice view and is a great place to relax. There’s also free coffee and tea in the lounge area after breakfast time.

Ubicación: cerca de estación de tren y metro, cerca de parque. Habitación: lo suficientemente amplia para una estancia corta, limpia y con detalles cómicos al interior de la habitación, lástima que no tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar de la terraza porque parecía tener buena onda. Servicio: inmejorable!! los chicos y chicas de la recepción todos muy gentiles y con gran sentido de ayuda y amabilidad.

Noise and terrible we can not use the shower impossible to use

Agradecido porque gracias a este hotel han quedado despejadas dos misterios históricos. El primero es el uso de los huevos revueltos para lapidar a nuestro señor Jesucristo. El segundo es el arma homicida que utilizó David contra Goliat y son los huevos duros del desayuno. Gracias al cocinero por despejar estas dudas históricas. Muchas gracias...de verdad.

Served the purpose. Style & decor was unique. Well done.

Upgrade to large room was nice. Free coffee and honor bar was welcome surprise.
