食べ物はとても美味しいし、スタッフはとても親切です。 ベッドもとても清潔だった

部屋が狭い。敷地も狭い。景観も今ひとつ。二つの主要道路に挟まれた三角地の立地でクルマの走行音がうるさい。救いは、スタッフの対応とレストランの味が予想外に良かったこと。

コッツウォールズエリアの観光目的で滞在。Stowの街からは若干離れたところにあり、途中強烈な坂道もあるので徒歩移動はなかなか難しそう。当方はレンタカーで利用、無料駐車場だが夜間はゲートが閉まるのでセキュリティ面でも安心感あり。部屋は若干狭めでスーツケースを広げる場所がなかなか確保しづらいが、部屋の清潔感はあり短期滞在では問題ない。ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで気持ち良く滞在ができる。朝食は味・ボリュームとも満足のいく内容。チェックアウトの日の朝にホテル＆周りの地域が停電して、それはそれで興味深い出来事だった。

Arrival check-in was good. Breakfast on the first morning was good, however the breakfast on day 2 was poor. We had dinner on 2nd night in the 2 rosette restaurant, which was average, it was a Sunday evening only a few tables, but we were all sat on top of each other! The Capet in the main dining area needs cleaning really desperately.

Service was fantastic, as was breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more in that sense. Size of room great too. Bedroom does need a refurb. Carpet quite stained. Few other areas could do with a refresh. That would make it a 5.
