Excellent location, convenient clean space, noise from other apartments can easily travel through the walls though.

Clean room. Easy self check in. Has lift for luggage which was helpful However, AC did not work. To be comfortable we had to open window and location is on a noisy street.There also was a fire alarm that went off one morning so we were displaced for a few hours with no communication from hosts .

Clean room, good amenities. Unfortunately we were unable to adjust heat, got quite cold in room. Also, no hot water in kitchen.

Central location and updated property with modern touch.

This is the place you want to be at when visiting Madrid. Close to plaza mayor and puerta del sol. Very nice place to stay.

Todo estuvo bien la habitación muy completa , solo que al entrar no tuvimos electricidad por dos horas al menos , tuve que hablar con la atención para que se solucionara el problema y perdimos tiempo hasta que llegara la persona encargada y al estar frío afuera pues calefacción no había , después de dos horas y algo lo solucionaron y todo quedó muy bien , el lugar está muy céntrico.

A unos cuantos pasos d d la plaza mayor, excelente ubicación y distribución del espacio.

The property was very nice and clean, but there was no hot water. Finally it was fixed the night before we left.

STAY AWAY from LIMEHOME chain. I had booked my hotel several months ago close to the main city center and Limehome sent me a email night before the checkin date saying they were going to relocate me to a different location 15 mins away from where I had booked because they had some “technical error”. The option I was given is to cancel or accept the change. The new place was nasty and far from everything. There were no good restaurants close by. We had to take Uber and spend $30-35 everyday. Besides this location was cheaper and I am fighting to get the refund back for the price difference. Again STAY AWAY from LIMEHOME.

The place was fine. Nothing special. There is a washer, but not a dryer, as stated when we rented it. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Near the entrance, it always smelled of urine. Communication was pretty much non existant. We got an email in the afternoon we were arriving with how to get it. Had we arrived when we could check in we would not have been able to get in.

La ubicación estuvo bien, pero afuera y alrededor un ambiente muy feo, lleno de vangabundos, protistutas y gente bebiendo alcohol. Estuvimos con miedo, quisimos cambiarnos a otro lugar pero estaba todo lleno porque fuimos en argosto, pleno verano. No vovlvería a hospedarme ahí

Fantastic location, close to transit. The only thing I didn’t like was the sofabed, wished it had better support.

Bel appartement bien situé

Muy bonito departamento, muy cuidado, limpio y super silecioso, lo unico malo fue que el personal del sevicio siempre dejo los carros afuera del departamento haciendo muy momesto la entrada y salida del mismo

We stayed one night and this place was perfect. We only had a few hours to enjoy Madrid and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted from this location. Great!
