受付のスタッフ良かった、テレビがつかなかった

シャワーの勢いが弱い（水量が少ない） これ以外は、最高！

とてもアクセスがよく、新しい設備で綺麗です！

一ヶ月前にも利用しましたが、今回の部屋は洗面所の排水がとても悪く、本当になかなか流れなくて困りました。ドライヤーがとても重いので、手が疲れます。そのほかは申し分のないホテルです。

早朝の到着にもかかわらず、部屋を用意してくれました。 3年間日本に住んでいだと言うスタッフがいて、時折日本語を交えた会話もしました。 セントラルステーションのすぐ横なので、アルセスは抜群です。シティセンターは徒歩圏内。 連泊時、ハウスキーピング不要の札があるので便利。

OK for a city hotel but the room was small. Staff were lovely.

The rooms are too small for the price. Some of the staff was helpful but the other they just did not care.

Check in was chaos with the line extending outside onto the sidewalk, but I think there were a number of events in town that night and the front desk staff was still pleasant, so I'll give them a pass on that. Room was nice and clean and location was extremely convenient.

Great lobby Bar & lounge. Be aware you have to walk through a sketchy tunnel to get to central tourist area. No conditioner in shower.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was dominated by repeating payment-handling errors and poor customer treatment. Due to a mistake by the hotel, I was not charged for the stay at the check-in. On the following day, I received an email regarding the outstanding payment, and I immediately returned to the hotel and paid the outstanding balance. I specifically asked more than once whether the amount charged covered the entire stay and was repeatedly assured that it did. Despite this, I received another email on the following day demanding payment for the hotel's own billing error. The situation escalated when our room access was blocked during breakfast on the last morning, leaving us locked out from our room despite previous communication explicitly indicating the balance could be settled by check-out. When I returned to the reception, instead of apologizing the hotel's repeating mistakes, the reception agent accused that this was somehow our fault. Throughout the process, I felt treated as though I had done something wrong, even though I had repeatedly tried to ensure payment was correct. The hotel eventually acknowledged the error and stated that management would contact me directly on the next day and promised a complimentary one-night voucher as a gesture of goodwill. However, despite these assurances, now eight days later, management never contacted me and the promised voucher was never provided. This experience left me deeply disappointed.

this hotel was nice hotel and very central but we had no bin in the room and could t get the air conditioning off asked at desk and they said someone would come up but no one did the flooring in the bathroom was wet and my partner slipped and fell on it hurting his leg and knee

Very small but efficient room. Clean and fresh. Fun, modern decor. Great location easy to train station.

Great hotel, good location, as others have said it's new but needs to be maintained. Bed was super comfortable. Staff very helpful.
