部屋は広く豪華。朝食のビュッフェは品数がとても多く、どれも美味しい。ホテルのクオリティは高い。ただ、周辺に何もないのが残念。

普通の中国のホテルになってしまった感じです。 客室の清掃はあまりよくないです。 また、ホテル内の匂いもよくある中国のホテルです。

水口に位置しているため確かに立地としてはいいとは言えないが、その立地を逆手に取ったイオン・華貿へのリムジンサービス(シャトルバスと謳っているが)でラグジュアリー感を演出してくれる。

Resort Vibe

酒店相當整潔，早餐晚餐都是10分豐富和很多選擇。到就近景點亦都很近。是值得推薦的酒店。

總體OK，符合5星的標準。游泳池有2救生員。可以加BB床。自助早餐的食物都不錯。入住後，去其它惠州的景點玩，自駕可以免費停車。

객실 상태도 좋은 편입니다. 객실 바닥이 카펫이라 마음에 들지 않는군요 인터넷은 빠르지는 않지만, 네이버 / 카톡 모두 열리는군요. 외부에 광동 음식점 한군데 이외는 괜찮은 곳이 없습니다. 수년전보다는 몇군데 상점이 생겨서 다행입니다. 풀먼, 캉디, 르네상스보다는 조용합니다. 조식은 음식 종류는 많지만, 실속이 없군요. ^^

Very clean and nice place. Everything is very close from the hotel

Comfortable and clean. Facilities are ok. The food quality in Chinese and Japanese restaurants are good. However the overall services particularly front desk, guest service and the restaurants are far below standard of what a 5 star hotel should provide. The staff is not well-trained and some of them are even rude and careless. I stay a week in this hotel and was very disappointed.

The managment was not very accommodating. I had an issue with my reservation and ask that the manager call me. I left 4 voice mails and no return call.

Having been staying at this hotel, their overall service proves to be of top quality. As to the quality of breakfast, not as good as before. I have on 7/26 expressed this issue to Fiona Yin, the Hotel Ambassador.
