Clean, beautifully designed and convenient to old town

I had an amazing experience. The hotel is clean and cozy, great food, great location. Front desk personnel was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, satisfied all my additional requests, gave me free upgrades and late checkout. Made me feel at home. Special thanks to Lydia 🙏

This is a great modern boutique hotel right next to the old town. I have only positive impressions and would go there again anytime. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

房间内的空调开了，但是，没有风，所以，室内很闷。加上丽江的海拔有2000多米，晚上睡觉常常胸闷。冰箱开着，但是不制冷，放在里面的酸奶一天之后全部坏了。在一楼的尊享大床房住了二晚，每天早晨被楼上“咚咚咚咚”的脚步声吵醒。

The hotel is superbly situated right next to Dayan Old Town, and has been designed to complement the old buildings. The rooms are huge and airy, with an enormous bathroom and bathtub, the bed is luxurious and super comfortable. Beautiful, well tended gardens. Absolutely amazing staff who are friendly, extremely helpful and speak English. I only stayed one night but would come back again.

The room was lovely. Everything was perfect!

Great Hotel in the heritage old town, easy to reach by car and taxi, and with access to all the services of the 20 Mt far Intercontinental Hotel. Personal very competent and welcoming in all aspects.

Stay was amazing, the place is very comfortable however the staff's english is limited so if you do not speak mandarin it could be a bit tricky.

入住体验不好，等了两个小时才能入住，说好的行李和水果也没有送到房间，院子很小，整体比旁边洲际差很多，以前很信任英迪格这个品牌，这次以后，还是住洲际吧，至少不会给你意外的体验。

Pochissime persone dello staff (forse solo una) parla inglese, per il resto un disastro! Colazione pessima purtroppo.
