総合評価とレビュー Crowne Plaza KUNMING CITY CENTRE by IHG, an IHG Hotel

フロントの態度が最悪。予約と条件が異なる部屋しかないと言われ「条件確約で予約した」と説明しても「事前に電話して確認しないあなたが悪い」と反論してくる始末。外資系ブランドホテルとはいえ、中国水準のサービス、教育が全く行き届いていない。立地だけはよい。WiFiはつながらず、通信会社の4Gもホテル内だとなぜか繋がりにくい。バスタブがあるのは良いがアメニティはかなり貧弱。

お店に近く便利なホテル

中心部。地下鉄ハブ駅至近。鉄道駅、バスターミナル、空港、石林等周辺観光地への交通が便利。食堂街も近い。

コスパの良いジュニアスイートに宿泊。中心の正义路までは徒歩圏内なのが便利です。日本人にとって安心な朝食と清潔感がある上、四つ星レベルのコストなので嬉しいホテルです。

EXPEDIAで予約する際、エキストラベッドを要求していたがホテル側が用意したのは、ベッド台の無い、マットレスから上の部分だけであり、日本の布団に寝るような形であった。客室担当の従業員に確認したところベッドの台にあたる部分が不足しているからだとの説明であったが、納得できずホテルの統括部門の女性に再確認したところ、「このホテルのエキストラベッドは土台の無いマットレス部分だけだ。マットレスの硬さについては対応できる。」という回答だった。客室担当者は実際に部屋の整備をしているわけでどちらの説明が正直かは明らかだ。また、シャワー室の排水口が詰まってお湯があふれるので１階したの同じ間取りの部屋に案内されたがここの排水口も同様に詰まっていてお湯があふれ床はびしょびしょになった。 また、室内においてあった充電器が紛失し、その旨ホテル側に調査を申し入れたが何の連絡もなかった。他の同レベルのホテルと比べて、価格だけは高くサービスの悪いホテルであり二度と泊まりたくない。

外出する時、ホテルにタクシーを頼んだ時と、流しのタクシーを利用を比較すると、ホテルが手配した時の方が２０％高いのは、何故？

CLUBルームに宿泊しました。ホテルスタッフは親切で、ある程度英語も通じます。中国語の話せない私でもストレスなく過ごせました。部屋は清潔で使い勝手も良いのですが、ベットが合わなかったのか寝にくかったのと、水まわりの臭いが少し気になりました。外国人も比較的宿泊しているホテルなので、サービス面も安心。昆明では選択肢の上位に入るのではないでしょうか。市内中心地に位置しており、買い物・外食にも全く困りません。ロケーションも抜群でした。

中国のホテルにしては、快適に過ごせた。 ホテルスタッフが丁寧に応対してくれた。 朝食バイキングのデザートに、子バエが付いていたのは良くない。 ジム設備は良かった。

サービスの行き届いた快適なホテルです。 朝食で寿司を取っていたら、側からウェイターが醤油とワサビを小皿に用意してくれたのには驚きました。

今回3泊しましたが、ホテルの設備はまったく問題なかったです。 但し、チェックインの際予約した部屋が一杯でアップグレードされましたが、その際にドリンクフリーが外されたのが残念です！！

The hotel has big clean rooms with comfy beds. AC works well and double glazed windows keeps sound out. Close to two metro stations, pedestrian streets, restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of Western and Asian choices, and is so filing you can skip lunch! Some staff speak some littke English, the rest are happy to use a translation app.

This was a great hotel to stay at for a number of reasons. First, it is in a very convenient location: it is only a couple of minutes walk of a subway station. Second, the hotel has self-service washers and dryers that you can use for free. Third, the hotel offers both complimentary high tea and a midnight snack of noodles. My room had a great view, and was very clean and modern. Ms. Beta was also super helpful.

It was a great stay, the place is outdated but the price is good, and it’s in the center of everything, you can find whatever you need. Terrific place.

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean, big and comfortable room. Plenty of retail and F&B options nearby.

飯店可能已老舊的關係！只有中央空調，無法自行調整溫度！所以冷氣不冷，飯店有提供電風扇就有改善了！

The room is clean and spacious. 5 mins walk to Naping Pedestrian Street. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping. We book the room with club lounge. Nice lounge but very little or hardly any food. Breakfast only serve at the main dining area not in club lounge. Room very warm even when set at 15 deg C. Technician could not fix the issue and they provided an air cooler. My friends in another room also faced similar issue. For them the air cooler did not help.

I have stayed at hundred of hotels across the world, this one stood out to me, excellent in every way, highly recommend, it was an A plus experience
