2度目の宿泊になります。 ホテル内のバーで夕食が取れるので独り身の出張には助かります。調色も簡単なものですが必要十分です。 ※夕食時のハッピーアワー / 3杯までアルコール含め無料サービスはうれしいサービスです。 またデトロイト出張の際には使用したいと思います。

The pool was closed my entire stay, there was no shower gel in my room and I had to call 3x before anyone brought some. I wasn’t given drink tickets at checkin for happy hour and then was treated as if I was lying when I went to claim them the next day.

Tge housekeeping staff were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, our room, 425, was located over the generator. There was a contant humming that interrupted our sleep during our stay.

It wasn’t what I expected. I paid for a hotel for 2 days to see friends and family. When we got to the hotel, the front desk attendant could not find our reservation. I had to show him my paid receipt and then he was able to pull up the information. After I showed him the bill was paid he said that it wasn’t. He then charged me another 315.00 on my card to check in. I then had to speak to the front desk attendant the next day and she was able to clear everything up on the charges. After this situation it was fine. It was just frustrating that I had to re-do everything when I got to the hotel.

A wonderful staycation to clear the mind.

Didnt like that the whole time no one cleaned room or anything. Came into room with hardly any toliet paper! Had to go to front desk twice for toliet paper. Ice machines broken. Never cleaned room. Every night i had to grab clean towels from cart. Very loud!! Freeway on one side and you hear everything from the open courtyard. Had wedding on Saturday night it was so loud till 11pm!!!

The room was very spacious and clean! The hotel was quiet, and the bed was amazing. Alot of food options around in the area.

Staff was wonderfully nice…. The food was good and I overall enjoyed every minute of my stay!!!!

Front desk staff was excellent. My only complaint was I had a shot of Blantons bourbon and was charged $45 for 1 shot. The bartender should have told me that up front. I feel like I was ripped off.

Staff was friendly and quick to take action. I notified the front desk about the ice machine on the 7th floor was producing ice with mold imbedded in it. The room was great although the ac unit was a little noisy like it was overworked . Food was great and restaurants in the area are plentiful.

The staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of items.

We had an amazing stay 10/10 highly recommend

This is our go to hotel when my hubby and I need to escape the madness of home and kids. AMAZING breakfast with everything you can think of, including an omelet bar (hubs favorite) and the rooms are clean, great beds and pillows, beautiful hotel. Add happy hour Free drinks and you have yourself an experience, not just a stay.
