Good view on the moutain side

The stay was amazing!!

We always enjoy our stay here. The hot tub and pool area are very nice and the hotel staff are always friendly.

The check-in process was a confusing and the locks on the doors needed to be maintained.

Great place with easy access.

The rooms facing the highway were very hot on a hot day. Staff was super quick to fix the air conditioner but it did take a whole day to cool down the room. Beds were very comfortable food was very good and cutomer service all around were very nice.

Front desk staff were rude at check in and throughout stay. No housekeeping on 2nd and 3rd night. Called front desk to request towels and was told they will up but never came. Room air conditioner did not work. Notified front desk. Never was repaired and the room was uncomfortably hot. Front desk was rude throughout. Disappointing compared to other double tree stays.

Very nice staff and amenities. Breakfast is pricey. They should offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. Overall, a nice property..

Best way to spen a birthday away from home on the road. Bartender was great even surprised me with a desert for my birthday. Will definitely return

Like the area and it was quiet

It is in a convenient area off the highway with a professional staff.

The lobby was clean and inviting. The room was at least 90 degrees. The front desk lady got me into another room. The 2nd room smelled strong of ammonia or cleaning chemicals to include the bedding. The doors do not open right and the bathroom sink squeaks when the water runs.

Room temp was cool on last nights stay and fridge did not keep food cold. I did report and no one came to the room. My credit card used at the restaurant and coffee bar was used to shop at a Walmart in a nearby town. Have to complete a fraud claim. Reported to management.

We were greated well and room was clean, bedding comfortable.

Clean and quiet! Comfy bed :)
