The property looks like a remodeled embassy suites. The door was stuck to my room and hard ti open. Dinner was delicious and expensive. Thought breakfast was free but was charged. Staff friendly and accomodating. Great indoor pool next to a well equipped gym.

The staff was terrific. Yolanda/Hotel texted us to inquire about our stay and whether we needed anything during it.

I paid my reservation with breakfast include and they charge it me again $65 dollars

Overall property was good

Excellent service and super clean and spacious room.

Kitchen had 94 and no food bar closed early

We enjoyed the stay overnight. Staff are excellent. Room was great and the food was very good.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous

Check in was great. In room dining was quick and pretty good. The workout station in the room was terrific. I noticed the toilet had a lot of caulking around the base that was cracked. Upon waking up I could smell a sewer smell in the whole room and when I opened the bathroom door it was so bad. I didn't have time to change rooms or do anything so I aired the bathroom out, took a quick shower and left. I hope they fix it properly before someone else goes in there as it was not good and can't be good for you.

Great service! The shuttle to the airport is easy and the drivers are amazing!!!!!!

The system was down and we could not check in. The employee was snide when asked about the Hilton Honors membership. There was a used drink left in the refrigerator. When I asked about my complementary breakfast, we were told there was none. Only those on the 9th floor. I had to share my receiot at the check in counter to verify. Hospitality is not many of the employees strong suit.

Great hotel

Had the worst experience with this hotel. After driving with my family for 6hrs the front desk lady handed me a paper to go a another hotel 5min away because they did not have no rooms. I booked and paid for the res. 10 days in advance just to get transferred to an inferior hotel. I never got to stay in the hotel but with that way of handling the situation I doubt they are good with customers.

Very nice hotel

I was unaware that a music award show would be happening in the hotel. This hotel has rooms surrounding the gathering area. The music went on after 11:30 pm and my son had a hard time getting to sleep. Other than that it was a nice large room.
