Stuff are amazing and friendly, the location is easy to acsess to downtown. If you are new to this area, local stuff can give you the best ideas and options to experience.

Loved everything about this stay. The hotel feels fresh, youthful, and vibrant. The rooms are compact but super smart and clean, with great tech. The rooftop pool area is stunning and a fantastic place to unwind. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. An absolute gem of a hotel if you appreciate smart design and a great atmosphere!

Everything was great however the coupon system some of the venders looked and acted confused or didn’t want to honor the coupons. It was my birthday weekend and I didn’t enjoy those moments

No complimentary waters or anything You pay extra for the rooftop pool but the pool itself needs maintenance - the tiles were falling apart and nearly cut myself a few times. Not sure why you pay extra for pool access which should surely be available to all guests who stay at the hotel. Location is ok but taxis will often try and charge you whatever price they want so be prepared for that as there aren’t many things in walking distance

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, solicité factura de hospedaje porque iba por trabajo y ponen también un concepto de entretenimiento que por el uso de la piscina, alimentos, wifi y no sé qué más.

Fue una selección muy afortunada. El hotel es precioso, la habitación my cómoda y llena de detalles. Muchos contactos eléctricos y USB. Refrigerador. TV grande. Wifi veloz. Los desayunos extraordinarios y deliciosos. Las albercas muy bonitas y adecuadas para nadar. En general, una gran experiencia. Súper recomendado.

Beautiful decor in the lobby area- however: Our room was smaller than a dorm room with a shotty Murphy bed as hard as a rock. The pool was ice cold with a view of unfinished abandon building. Breakfast and service was good. Hotel charges a “destination fee” which adds significantly to your room stay cost and it’s just pure profit and false advertising that it’s not disclosed when you book but just added on when you check in. Not a value and would never stay again. Location is ok.

Let’s start with “it is a micro hotel” meaning that rooms are way smaller than average… Nevertheless, the staff will do anything to accommodate you. Rooms and facilities are extremely clean and staff are one of the best I’ve experienced in many trips. Servers are top notch, especial marks and praises to Marcos and Javier, those guys hustle to deliver you the best of the best, both super friendly and always happy to help. Parking is convenient, private and secured. I rented a vehicle for the convenience and price when comparing to private transportation, not that you would need it once you get to Motto. A gym on location, a proper gym that it is clean and with attentive personnel. A pool lounge on the top floor that will provide peace and quiet. And just at the door, bike rentals, and tons of restaurants, all in 10 - 20 minutes walks. Not a family hotel, singles and couples at most but… It will be a very pleasant experience… I don’t think you would be disappointed. Thank you to each and every one of the employees at Motto, you all deserve a raise!!! Keep up the good service, the smiles and attention to details. I hope I can return soon!
