I was very satisfied with this hotel in several ways. First of all, the facility was clean. The surrounding area was also very safe and secure. The on-site shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can conveniently get snacks and drinks at any time. The bar was also very comfortable. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nearby. We were able to check in early to a very beautiful, clean room with a great city/lake view. We enjoyed the pool and dinner at the bar. Truly beautiful property within walking distance of a lot.

Hotel was great - clean, friendly staff, and we enjoyed the food at the two second-level restaurants. Would recommend staying here - makes everything walkable or short Uber to attractions.

Be careful adding breakfast to your room. It’s not worth the hassle or confusion to staff.

Convenient!

Very clean room, polite and helpful staff, quick check-in process. Easy garage parking and optional valet services. In a good location downtown, but still far away enough from event spaces to not be too noisy at night. Have stayed here twice now when coming to Cleveland, always a good choice.

Loved my stay here. Perfectly located and walking distance from everything. Beautiful hotel ambience. The restaurant food selection could improve, better yet simplify. Food was delicious but the sophisticated menu didn't match the pallet of the common guest. I had 10 people in my group and only 3 enjoyed their meal. I also believe you need a spa on site to complete the ambience.

Staff were unbelievably friendly and made us feel welcome. Valet and bell hop service were fantastic. This is a great spot to stay, no question. We will be back.

Nice hotel, the room was clean enough. We had the breakfast buffet, which was pretty good. The staff at the Noshery was phenomenal, front desk staff was awesome too. I would definitely stay here again.
