The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok. There was one day when we did not have water because they had to fix the pump or something. That was not ok.

I was really looking forward to this place after a few long days, unfortunately it was very disappointing. Upon arriving I immediately started looking for another option for the night. Being last minute, there was nothing available in the location I needed. I only stayed here one night, thankfully. The pics are an inaccurate portrayal of their rooms. There was pee all over the toilet seat that I cleaned myself, the bed was very hard, you couldn’t even see the bottom of the dipping pool it was so cloudy-so I didn’t use. The bathroom taps were dirty, there was a white film sprayed on the floor all around the perimeter of the room-what I’m assuming is pest control. Based on the quality of the room I opted out of the morning breakfast and ate at a local cafe. They should not be charging $78 a night for these rooms. The listing needs to be updated with accurate pics. I travel mid range in many countries and this is the most inaccurate listing I’ve experienced so far. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hallways were very clean, location is perfect, and it does have a great view.

Room was fine, water views over Coron town. Air conditioning unit was so noisy that ear plugs were needed to sleep. Drainage problem in bathroom shower that needed attention by staff. Most of the staff were genuinely friendly & attentive.

Gute Unterkunft, zentral. Toller Blick auf Stadt von Pool und Essensraum. Klimaanlage leider viel zu laut und dann noch teils Defekt.

My room is clean. It has no hot water for shower sometimes. The breakfast is good and the dining has great view of Coron bay. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Staff was courteous and took you breakfast the night before. Good location in Coron. Room 205 had cold shower, window was covered up and AC didn't have remote control so you need to get up on chair to turn on/off. Street noise.

The staff were very kind but a little inattentive to cleanliness. We had to ask 3 times for the pool to be cleaned and did not appear to be chemically treated as the water was very murky. When I asked they said they clean it daily. We ended up cutting our stay short due to this and the lung infection I acquired from the AC in our room.

my room was good. location was also good. but staff need to pay more attention to details. improve communication w each other. but my overall stay was good.

When we arrived we were immediately greeted, welcomed, and shown to our room. The hotel was clean and the rooftop views are wonderful and even better than pictured in the photos. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect proximity to the main walking street, bars, restaurants, seafood markets. The hotel staff connected us with the best tour guides. We had a very great stay, thank you to all the staff.
