Very thin walls , could hear loud stomping coming from above my room . The second door in my room wasn't locked and when opened it saw it led to another room. Felt that was unsafe and should have been locked before my check in

The room was average clean. Dirt in the corners.

Place when we first walked in the bed had crumbs in it,when we moved the bed a little and there was old garbage and dust left under the bed.We had went to breakfast and they had breads,yogurt and some cereal,you could tell it’s been there for awhile.

Everything was as it should be.

Room was ok, the noise was bad the kids was playing soccer and golf in the hallway screaming, the room phone was not working and wifi was not accessible.. not really impress at all..

Friendly staff greet you and the room was neat and tidy. We only stayed for a quick overnight on a longer journey but it was great for what we needed!

The room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. And we went to the Big Stop restaurant just two minutes away for dinner - which was awesome.

Friendly staff but the property was far more run down than the rating indicated. Bed and bath were clean enough buy furniture was a fright.

It’s in an industrial area, which was not disclosed. It felt like a truck stop at the motel - they should have a designated parking area away from the rooms. Very noisy all night long. Breakfast was terrible - and homemade muffins in a Tupperware container are not food safe. No chains on the doors and no peephole on parking side of room. Toilet was loose. Didn’t enjoy this stay at all.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate. Bed was comfy. Rooms are very dated. Surface areas were clean but it was obvious deep cleaning is not done. The baseboards were built up with dirt. The edges of the door cutouts were visibly full of dust. Unfortunately the rooms and hallway are carpet. Hopefully next upgrade they change that as people enter their rooms from the parking lot so carpet is not ideal. You get what you pay for and this room was definitely worth the $100 we paid. The breakfast was okay and added to the value of our stay. Would stay here again if in the area. About 10 minutes away from Fredericton.

Rooms are in need of serious maintenance and upgrades. Vinyl floor is peeling and water damaged. Rooms are very dark and rooms are musky. Tub doesn’t drain properly. It’s in a prime location for shopping and restaurants and staff were great.

Very good value for the money - staff very helpful and accommodating 😀

Ceilng fan was very dirty and duct tape used for a hole in the wall.

Convenient to highway and pet friendly. Room was clean
