スキーリゾートオフシーズンに宿泊　リフトから近くとても便利　高級ホテルの雰囲気に長期滞在のキッチン、洗濯機など充実。　スタッフの皆が素晴らしい。　唯一気になったのは、ベランダに出るガラス戸を開け閉めするのが硬いところ。これは部屋の吸気が強すぎるために起こる問題だと思う　全体で大変満足な滞在でした

受け取った部屋が予約時にオンラインで見た部屋が違うし、正直言うけど詐欺だと思う 部屋の設備は問題ないようですが、エクスペディアでデラックスルームを 2 つ予約しました。部屋にはバルコニーとソファがあり、山の景色が見えるとさえ表示されました。しかし、与えられた部屋は1階でソファもバルコニーもなく、景色も全くありませんでした。文字通り景色はなく、窓の外は障害物で遮られており、部屋の半分は地下にあるような気分です。他に切り替えられる部屋はないと彼らは言いました。2 ベッドルームのうち 1 つを大きなベッドルーム 1 つにアップグレードしてくれましたが、何もできませんでした。 Expedia に掲載されている写真とはかなり違うように見えるので、まだ少し動揺しています。私たちの苦情の後、彼らはすぐにエクスペディアの写真を変更しました。このホテルが将来的にはもっと正直になることを願っています。今までの賞はカネで買った賞かもしれないです。 ホテルの中にちゃんと日本語喋べれるすスタッフさんが殆どいなくて、まじやばいです。 ↓ NEED TO MAKE SURE THE ROOM YOU GET IS WHAT YOU SAW ONLINE WHEN YOU BOOKED. Room facilities looks fine, but we booked two Deluxe room from Expedia.com, and it showed there is a balcony and sofa in the room, even said it comes with view of mountain. However, they gave us the room in the first floor without sofa and balcony, and there is no view at all. Literally no view, outside of window was blocked by obstacle, feel half of the room is even in the basement. they said there is no other room for us to switch.... nothing they can do, though they upgrade one of our two bed room to one big bed room. Still feel a bit upset since it looks quite different from the pics showed on the Expedia. They quickly changed the pics on Expedia after our complaint. Hope this hotel can be more honest in the future.

Huge and beautiful room, but charging Y3000 for parking is unexpected and a turn off as there are free parking 200m away.

Super clean room, view of the ski slope, extremely friendly staff, amazing breakfast. I cannot say enough good things. We will definitely be back!

Great room layout, good ski out location, run to ski in a little challenging. Much more a condo development than a true hotel though. Difficult to get ski edge service in the on property ski shop, although fine for wax. Parking a little expensive. Breakfast was a weak point,.lack of variety and quality overall at the price point. In house restaurants great quality but pricey and not everyday eating. Short walk though to other options in Hirafu. Only one towel per person per day a little stingy, Onsen not truly an Onsen (no mineral water), so fundamentally more of a large hot bath. Daylight to room better than expected with Premium Suite on first floor, was concerned about proximity to ski and boot room but had no issues.

The most amazing stay on the slopes !! Everything was perfect - baby amenities :), room, food, view, skiing !! We will be back for sure. ありがとうございまし！⛄️

I came here with my wife at the end of August, and I had an amazing time. I wish I booked for longer as the nature, Onsen, food, and service were beyond imagination. Even though Niseko is known for skiing, I think it's worth coming here in the summer or off season. I arrived to Kutchan Station where a driver picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Immediately, I noticed the excellent service and attention to detail that was above my experience compared to other hotels in Hokkaido. Due to it being an off season, I had the whole Onsen to myself! The room is very spacious and has everything including a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and a walk out balcony. Even the slippers were so nice so I ended up buying the same brand later on my trip! For breakfast there are fruits, juices, and breads that you can grab. I was surprised that you choose a menu for breakfast and they had a Japanese and Italian option. We both went with Japanese and the fish was delicious! It comes many side dishes too!
