Spotless and very nice

Das Restaurant hat uns sehr überrascht, es ist wirklich erstklassig!

Wir waren durchwegs zufrieden, das Zimmer war nicht geräumig für 4* Hotel, knarrender Boden in der Nacht nicht gut, das Personal freundlich, Frühstück großartig- viel Auswahl ! , gerne wieder einmal :-)

Angelic setting with wonderful staff and excellent food

The room was very small for the price. However, beds and pillows were very comfortable, perhaps the most comfortable I have experienced at any other hotel. The restaurant was good, but not great. The food was average and pricey and most of the staff members were not very friendly.

I was visiting my daughter. The staff made everything perfect. I wish all the hotels I stay in are so accomodating and helpful.

It was an amazing place to stay. The old architecture combined with comfortable, modern rooms. Beautiful surroundings, friendly/accommodating staff.

The historic rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious and the location was perfect.

Area is quiet, has a restaurant and bar

We stayed at the Kartause for a couple days to see our daughter who is studying abroad there. It was a very enjoyable place to stay.
