１階の部屋に４泊しました。無料のレンタルサイクル有り。とても重宝しました。最初はID的なものの提出と引き換えに貸してくれるという事でしたが、提出しなくても普通に借りれます。（特に管理はしていない様子）ブレーキのついていない自転車は、ペダルを逆回転すると原則するんですね。寒かったのでプールは使用せず。 １階だからしょうがないのかもしれませんが、小アリが多かった。洗面所の扉の根元のところに大量の小アリの死骸。 よくある話ですが、シャワーの温度調節がとても難しい。水から熱湯に切り替わる丁度よい位置を探すのに苦労しました。

立地も含めて快適なホテル(無料のレンタサイクルあり）で、フロントの対応も素晴らしいです。 フェリー乗り場も近く、早朝出発でも心配ありません。部屋はコンパクトながら清潔で、TVチャンネル数も多く、シャワー等含めて問題ありませんでした。

The rooms are great; clean, modern and a good size. The pool area is great, although on check in they said it doesn’t open until 2pm everyday. Thankfully we were able to use it before then, but that needs seen to. The big let down for me was the reception staff. They just acted so apathetic and didn’t give off a friendly vibe. We also asked to use the pool a few days before we checked in as we had a few hours we had to kill on the island and they tried to charge me for it, even though I had a booking. I made a bit of a fuss and in the end they agreed as long as I paid for my reservation there and then. I did not use it in the end as hotel Barranca across the road (whom I also had a reservation with) very happily allowed us to use the pool. I wouldn’t stay at Ninfa again due to the poor customer service and apathetic attitude of the reception staff. But the hotel itself is good and the breakfast is good.

Clean room, great staff. Would be nice if there was an airport shuttle instead of putting us all on separate $30 taxis. Myself and five other guests all had separate taxis to get to the same ferry.

Excellent room, clean and spacious. The addition of the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

Great, clean, and convenient place. Good location close to docks. Walkable to the Main Street. Hotel rooms clean with good service and breakfast. We stayed here two seperate times during Galapagos and would stay again.

Everything is in walking distance, great price , the rooms were clean comfortable and had AC , the staff was fantastic and the breakfast had many option. Would certainly recommend

Excellent location a short walk from the pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and they even included a small gift. Definitely will stay here if I return.

Great hotel to use as your base while exploring Galapagos, and a lovely pool, hot tub and bar to come home to at the end of the day
