This was the best hotel I've stayed in for years. It had a kitchen, which is high on my list. it had plenty of room to walk at the end of the bed and the dresser. there was a fireplace, and the view was incredible.

Proximity to ocean

Door was extremely difficult to open. Blinds in room were broken on one side had to use my belt to hold up other side to be able to look out window at the beach. Shower/bathtub water never got hot would let run for 5 minutes to be able to try and take barely warm shower. The rest of the room was good though. Bed was comfortable and fireplace was great.

Amazing ocean views!

Doing construction above are room got woke up at 8 am every day and had to listen to the banging on the floors until 4 pm not ok

Amazing beach! Nice staff. Way too many rules. I understand staff shortages but the list of donts in the room were hilarious. Property hasn’t been remodeled since probably 1975, give me a break.

Had a great trip to the coast. The night time gal at the front desk was very friendly and personable. The day time gal not so much a bit dry and not very friendly. Acted inconvenienced when we got there at 2:00 and told us to come back at 4:00. I understand 4:00 is check in time but was rude about it.

My refrigerator was not working so I lost my food. They could have brought me the small refrigerator that I had to walk down two doors down to use but didn't. It was an inconvenience since I was there 3 nights. I just felt like they could have done moreninstead I felt like I was a bother.

Great room and view

It is a funky little place, which I love, but there was about a two inch space at the bottom of the door that was not there. There was also no deadbolt for the door.

I love to stay here while on trips to the coast they are dog friendly kid-friendly big rooms always clean. Staff is always a pleasure to work with. Love that they have ocean view rooms it's just beautiful there

The property is well cared for. Walking to destinations was easy. As a solo traveler enjoyed seclusion.

Lawn/walkways need care

The good: Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. I enjoyed having a fan provided as well as the fireplace in my room. The bad: The motel itself seems dated and looks like an old apartment building. The rooms have older blinds instead of curtains that don’t block out light at night from the hallway. There was some kind of smoke alarm that shone a very bright white light every 20 or 30 seconds that was irritating to try and sleep through. The room itself seemed dated, for the price I paid I was expecting it to be a bit more renovated, however it was very clean. All in all, it was just an OK experience.

Beautiful view and friendly staff.

Room was clean. Had stairs to climb but I had help to carry items in. There was construction below so didn't have beach access. (not hotel's fault. Just disappointing) There wasn't a baking dish, but the lobby provided a pan and some aluminum foil and I made it work. Easy access. A mid-point for where we traveled. Enjoyed looking out over the ocean. Would stay here again when I am down in Oregon.

Didn't get the room I reserved online. Very cramped.

This is the second time we have stayed here. This time we got a room with a kitchen and a gas fireplace. The room was clean and the view was wonderful? Spent most of one day just watching the ocean out the big windows because it was raining so much, which was great! The only downside: We had to Hotspot off my phone for internet, because their wifi was down. No big deal.
