The staff members were very helpful and kind. The restaurant has a wide choice of food options; the meals themselves were quite good. The hotel is spacious if a bit soulless, the room comfortable. Altogether a good (possibly the best) option when in Bidar, which is not exactly a ritzy city. Seems to be a well-managed hotel.
