We booked this place and required an early check in on the date of arrival. We called few times to the phone number listed none of this helped as there was no option to speak to hotel reception - neither a direct contact number to hotel was listed. When we went at 10 AM for check-in the reception staff was sleeping on the couch and had to wake him to attend to us. He declined early check in as no rooms were available. We booked an alternative hotel given the poor condition of hotel cleanliness and reception staff. Money lost and had to make last minute booking.

Extremely Disappointed with Our Stay – Poor Facilities and Service We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking for double occupancy, only one set of toiletries was provided. The room did not have a geyser, and the room service was unhygienic and far below expectations. We had prepaid for breakfast, but to our shock, the kitchen wasn't even operational until 9:30 AM. We were left with no choice but to go outside the hotel for breakfast, which was extremely inconvenient, especially since I was traveling with my wife. The room locks were faulty—we faced repeated trouble locking and unlocking the door. To make matters worse, the WC flush was inconsistent—sometimes it worked, and other times there was no water in the flush tank at all. What added to our frustration was the apathetic attitude of the hotel staff. It was quite evident they were understaffed and struggling to manage even basic guest needs. Overall, our experience was frustrating and far from what was promised or expected. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
