とても素敵なホテルです。しかしWi-Fiは快適ではありませんでした。そしてシャワーを浴びるとトイレはびしょ濡れです。これは好ましくありませんでした。その他はとても良いです。朝食も素敵です。スタッフも素晴らしい。

ホテル内は常に清潔でシャワーも安心して使えました。スタッフの方もとても親切です。ひとつだけ残念なのがWi-Fiが非常に遅いことです。そこを改善してもらいたいです。

部屋も広く、駅の近くで活気のある場所です。 高級なレストランは少ないが、タクシーで向かえば問題なしです。部屋にティッシュペーパーとハンドタオルがないのでご注意を。

I had a pleasant stay at The Madras Grand. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The property is clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was decent—nothing exceptional, but satisfactory. Overall, it’s an affordable option that offers good value for money. I would consider staying here again.

Nice welcome drink. Very clean room. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They were extremely flexible in arranging a cab for us up to Tambaram station. It was always 'service-with-a-smile' at the reception and we greatly appreciate it. The restaurant served tasty food. We loved their chicken biryani and prawn 65. All foods were a bit too pricy though.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was reasonably good.

Apartment was fanastic for the 6 of us. It was very clean, spacious with a lounge and kitxehn area. All bedrooms were ensuite.

Great property, very well maintained!

The pics online did not match the actual look. The place looks old and has a musty smell. It comes with a small reception and the staff were helpful. We went up to our room, it looked clean but the bed felt like someone had slept in those sheets before us as it did not feel fresh, found hair on the bed and the sheets were yellow looking as if it was reused. I would say this has more of a motel feel than a hotel We booked for 3 days but checked out on the same day as it wasn't up to our expectations.

Good place to have a stay

The overall stay at Madras Grand was great. It’s at a super convenient location in Egmore. 10 mins from the US Consulate. Safe for women and solo travelers. Clean property. Staff were polite and service was great, especially from Mr. Tausif at the reception. He was very helpful during our stay there. The only thing that could be better about the hotel was the shower design which is open in the bathroom area and makes the entire bathroom floor wet. Shower should be in a separate space within the bathroom. Buffet was good with the basic south and North Indian food options. Breakfast was not complimentary when I stayed and had to pay extra for the food. More number of food items could be included. The checkout time of the hotel is 11 am and this should be extended to 12 pm like most other hotels. The area around the hotel could be cleaner but otherwise, it was a good overall experience.

The room was dirty and had a smell, pillows with no covers, bedsheet not changed and dirty. The room was not ready until 2.30 pm even though checkin time was 1 pm. Very disappointed experience.
