Excellent stay - would rate 5 star. Staff very friendly. Would like to praise Parmeen, Muskan and Anushka for their hospitality. Forgot the staffs name at the dining area. Excellent service. If I have to pick one draw back - then its AC - it went off when we came back to the resort.

This hotel is a slice of paradise in the coorg mountains. I came here with my wife and 2 kids and they enjoyed every bit of it. It is a great place to relax and offers an amazing kids play area. Their spa service and price is very hard to beat. great place to getaway and just unwind.

The property is quite new and has been reasonably well-maintained. Routine cleanliness to be improved of the rooms, pool, etc. Food was terrible, to say the least. Reported the same to management. The stay was comfortable otherwise. Spa was the saving grace.

Property is located close to madikeri and good property with tasty food. But no views at all.....just trees.....not even a good sun rise or sun set from the rooms. Not even mountains or valley..... literally you are only seeing trees.
