Отель находится в пешей доступности от главного ж/д вокзала. Небольшой и чистый номер. Хороший санузел.Есть общая зона для принятия пищи, где стоит холодильник, кофеварка,. микроволновка, стол, посуда. Это очень удобно! Кондиционер в номере.Хорошее постельное белье. Дают тапочки

Majority of hotels trying to rip you off because of champions league final but at least this was reasonably priced tho still too much for a normal night. Natalie on reception very friendly and helpful as was lady on checkout. No windows in room but did the job for one night to get head down. Short walk into centre about a mile, spotlessly clean

Mixed feelings about this one. Somehow my booking was lost so when I showed up my room was not available. Unfortunately this was at 2am so very inconvenient. I did sent them a text letting them know I would arrive by this time and they said no problem. Receptionist kept insisting check in was only after 1pm, she didn's understand that I had booked for the night I arrived. She then literally closed the door in my face. Very rude! After I called the management they did help me find a room in the hostel around the corner (but only after I insisted, receptionist was very reluctant to help me out). They ended up paying for the hostel and gave me a discount on the next night when they did have a room. So I guess it was solved in a friendly professional matter. The room itself was clean, and the place is conveniently close to the railway station. All in all I wouldn't recommend the place as long as they don't fix the booking system. I don't know if it's their fault or Expedia's, but either way it needs to be solved. I do have to say management was very friendly and supportive the next day, but I suggest they give the receptionist some training in customer friendliness.
