La camera era pulita e abbastanza funzionale (a parte la porta della doccia, che non si poteva aprire verso l'esterno, perché sbatteva contro il lavandino). Per raggiungere l'autorimessa (a pagamento), capita di dover aspettare l'ascensore. Avremmo gradito che il personale fosse più presente al momento del check-in.

Free water refill station was very convenient. Just a bit of a hike to old town but not too bad. Clean and friendly staff with parking.

Fijn dat er een "tijdelijke" parkeerplaats voor de deur was. Goede receptie met korte en zeer duidelijke info. Snel de echte parkeerkelder gevonden. Lag mooi dicht bij de oude stad.

Wenn man als Paar mit zwei Koffern reist, hat man keine Chance, seine Kleidung irgendwo unterzubringen. Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass man kaum Bewegungsfreiheit hat. Das Personal hat es nicht geschafft, innerhalb zwei Tagen ein fehlendes Handtuch zu ergänzen. Im Bad führt ein Mix aus unpassenden Materialien, Murks von Handwerkern und unmotiviertem Reinigungspersonal zu einem unbefriedigenden Sauberkeitseindruck. Ein kaputter Mülleimer wurde nicht ersetzt.

Very helpful staff from beginning to end. Lovely clean room with comfortable bed and spotless bathrooms. Parking was easy and reasonably priced at 12 euro per 24h. Easy walk into the centre along the river. The only thing to improve the hotel would be to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Good location, next to the river, restaurants etc. Close to the old town as well so easy to commute by foot. There was a parking as well however it was €12 per night, which I thought should be free if you are a hotel guest. Rooms were clean and for the price I could not complain about anything. The only let down I would say was breakfast. No fruits, no veggies, no condiments like ketchup etc. It was super basic and I dont even know if its worth the money even if its cheap enough. You might be well better with a fresh baguette sandwich from a local boulangarie.

Ontbijt was vers. Parkeren onder het hotel was niet gratis maar goed.

Menu du petit-déjeuner correct concernant le parking, plutôt que donner un plan une explication orale serait plus sympa ! Absence de signalisation pour la sortie, rien d'évident !

Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal, skulle åka kring 4 på morgon och trots detta kunde de fixa en enkel frukost. Rummet är lite slitet men ändå mysigt. Generellt ett väldigt bra hotel

The rooms are a bit minimalist, but quite clean and well-arranged, with updated bathrooms. The folks at the front-desk were friendly and enormously helpful - really excellent service. However, on day #2 all but one of my towels was taken away and not replaced, and on the following day the room was not cleaned, so I spent two days with a single towel. (I'm sure I could have asked for one, but I didn't have time.) Other than issues with the housekeeping, the hotel is basic but very comfortable, and the breakfast and the front-desk staff are top notch. Note that it is a bit of a walk to sights like the Cathedral (at least 20 minutes) and to the train station (25 minutes).

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et avec un choix varié. Le parking souterrain, certes avec une entrée assez étroite, est bien pratique car peu de place autour. Le personnel a été accueillant et très surprise par le calme dans les chambres et dans l'hotel de manière générale malgré le monde. Bref je recommande !
