Good to stay over for connecting flight since they offer shuttle service. And the charge was well-explained so there was no confusion taking that shuttle. However, I noticed the hot water kettle had dirt in the bottom. The water looked unfiltered. Also I got some some mosquito bites in the room and asked for spray but they didn’t have any.

Plus, I asked for insecticide for the mosquitos but they didn’t have any so I had to stay up late till swapped it.

Good to stay over for connecting flight since they offer shuttle service. I chose the hotel after another stay at Mercure Hotel in another country and I expected the same . However, the hospitality and hygiene levers was so disappointing. I got bitten by mosquitoes in my room and went to the reception for insecticide. They didn’t have one and the staff at the desk just showed me his arms with a lot of bites. I didn’t really get that he meant that his employer is having him going through the same hell or it’s just the way it is in Germany. But I didn’t have the energy left after long flight to argue over something they don’t have so I tried hard to find it and kill it. I ended up getting bites on the arm and face and ankle. Not sure if it is the way there but I have sensitive skin and tend to develop blister after bug bites so at least it would have been nice if they offered herbal alternative to keep the mosquitoes away instead of letting them dine on their guests …. On top of that I noticed the hot water kettle had dirt in the bottom. I was glad I didn’t make coffee right away. I wouldn’t have noticed if I had just poured into coffee. I boiled water for disinfection and I saw the water dirty and checked the kettle and the bottle had some dirt in the bottom. It could have caused health problems if I had taken the water in…… Mosquitoes were there at the breakfast and I got more bites…

I stayed just overnight for connection but the staff was kind and I enjyoed visiting restaurant nearby. Thank you

Stay was great!

I made a mistake with the date of booking on Expedia but contacted them within 5 minutes to change to correct date. The hotel refused to change dates, even though there was time to resell the room. Expedia contacted hotel several times and I also called. No use, no one was helping me with this. I lost my money.

Everything is perfect

40 minute check in. When I got it my room the roof was hanging off the hinge.

Good reception greeting, decent bar and food and great shuttle bus service to the airport. Its not fancy but it does the job !

Air conditioner sucked- it was HOT in the room. Too noisy to sleep with the window open. No top sheet for the bed. No wash cloths for the bath.

Quick check-in and check-out. Gym was fairly well equipment.

Sort of close to the airport - shuttle costs €9.00 which seems expensive to me? Room not very clean (black mould in bathroom around shower glass in tub etc). I had to crawl down on the floor next to the bed to plug into only elec outlet near the bed. I had to dig out the extension cord I travel with to use my phone while it was charging. Surely in today’s business world the total could do better than that. Food not great either despite being mid-priced meal. Check in and check out straightforward

After a rather eventful train journey with DB, I arrived at Munich Airport around 1 a.m., concerned that the hotel reception might be closed (as listed on Hotels.com). Fortunately, it was open, and I was warmly welcomed by two friendly staff members at the front desk. They even kindly lent me a phone charger and arranged a spot for me on the airport shuttle for the next morning. Though my stay was brief, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
