Super clean hotel and room. Excellent location, walking distance to the center of town, with ready access to shops, restaurants and cafes. Staying in January, expect the room temperature to be cool at times. Heat is provided by a wall mounted gas heater in the room, available from the evening until midnight, but not in the morning, so the room may be a bit chilly when you first wake up. When I checked in, I was informed that only cash or bank transfer (Mexican bank) were accepted, because the credit card machine was unserviceable. Fortunately I had sufficient cash on hand, but other guests may not, depending upon length of stay. The hotel should advise guests of this payment issue in advance of their stay, in my opinion.

La atencion fue excelente

La habitación estuvo impecable, el personal siempre fue muy atento, el hotel queda a 5 minutos o tal vez menos caminando del centro de Creel, la ubicación es muy buena, nos ofrecieron un café en la mañana, excelente lugar para hospedarse, la habitación tiene calefacción por si tienes frío. :) El único inconveniente para nosotros fueron la escaleras ya que iba con personas mayores, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

El diseño interior del hotel es muy bonito y cálido, la habitación es muy confortable.

Es un hotel pequeño, pero dentro de lo pequeño es muy lindo y cómodo, la vibra que tiene es muy linda; el señor que atiende muy amable y atento, en cuanto a detalles de la habitación tal vez cambiaría las sábanas por unas más calientitas y dejaría un rollo extra de papel para el baño pero si es un buen hotel

Muy amables en la recepción, muy limpia y acogedora la habitación. Solo falta mejorar la comunicación porque es muy difícil que contesten las llamadas y WhatsApps

La Troje de Adobe about a 2 block walk from the center of town and that makes it quieter than the downtown hotels esp at night. The owner, Memo, who speaks good English, is a great host who will help you in every way that he can and can arrange local tours. The only slight downside are his rather unique stairs, which were hard on us seniors.

Habitación pequeña pero muy bonita y acogedora. Frente a la estación del tren y a una cuadra de la calle principal, restaurantes.. personal amable, agua caliente y wifi.. todo excelente!
