outstanding Hotel close to everything. The room are spacious and extremely clean. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Looked and service like a 5 stars hotel.

Loved the free laundry

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was extremely quiet despite being near a large mall. The kitchenette was useful, especially for breakfast. Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Location was perfect-close to tourist sites and train station but a short distance away from the busier areas. Room 719 had a nice view.

What a great place to stay in Edinburgh. We were worried it would be hard to find but it wasn’t. Huge discount on parking as well. Fabulous room with a balcony. Spotlessly clean. Amazing staff. We will be back

Loved how stylish and clean this hotel was. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed only one night, but the size of the room and the mini kitchen would have made for a very comfortable multi-night stay. The 24 hour coffee and complimentary croissants in the morning. were much appreciated.

Very nice hotel in an upscale mall. Lots of dining choices in the mall. Room has great view of Balmoral hotel clock tower. If we come Back to Edinburgh we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Roomzz location to all of sights and interest of Edinburgh extremely convenient, along with the cleanliness, exception hospitality, and excellent amenities, made our stay fabulous.

The location was perfect for our visit to Edinburgh. Very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. The room was spotless, quiet and had a wonderful view of Calton Hill.

Roomzzz was very conveniently located a couple of blocks from the Royal Mile and around the corner from some lively parts of New Town. We found it exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchenette would be really convenient if you wanted to cook in your room as food is a little expensive in Edinburgh. We loved the Platform 41 cafe across the street for great coffee and breakfast in the morning. It's also attached to a brand new mall with lots of shopping (mostly your usual chains) and some decent dining, which can be convenient if you need something, or a bite at the end of a long day. Highly recommend this place for Edinburgh travelers.

Staff extremely helpful. Lovely hotel

My husband and I were at Roomzzz Edinburgh for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was one of the BEST hotel experiences we've had in our many years of traveling. The location is well-situated, it's within walking distance of the major attractions, in a quieter area of the city. It's in a mall which has a variety of different food options. And, if you don't feel like leaving the hotel they have some great snacks for purchase! Alternatively, you can make your own food using the kitchen available in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, we had laundry available. Five gold stars!! We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Booked a room with a balcony and view but was told the hotel had no access to the balcony. It was very close to Calton hill
