リーズナブルにホテルとしてならとてもいいです。清掃をスキップすると1名分の朝食を1泊毎にもらえます

シンクが詰まっていたので、持ち上げてみるとものすごい髪の毛が詰まっていました。 お部屋のコップやスプーンも基本何か付いていました。 テーブルの上には髪の毛もあり、清潔感があるとはとても言えません。 シャワーは圧がしっかりありよかったのですが、バスタブ付きの部屋を頼み、チェックインの際にもう一度確認し、その際にバスタブはついていると言われたのですがシャワールームのみでした。

Location for shopping is great, the room is clean and equipments including the hair dryer are fine. All staffs are friendly, helpful. When I have another opportunity to visit London, I would like to book it.

Great location. A few mins walking distance from Tube station(Marble Arch) and Hyde Park. Lots of Cafe's and Restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel is in a good condition. The rooms were spacious snd comfortable. Staff were courteous and polite. Amenities in the room were good. The only bit that was a bit confusing was the lift as some of the rooms are below the ground floor and only a particular lift would go to our floor. But worth the stay and overall we enjoyed it

Perfect location near Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Location was easily walkable and located just minutes from a tube stop.

I stayed at the thistle for a few days during a trip in June. The hotel is centrally located, with a grocery and coffee shops nearby; just a couple of minutes walk from the main area, where the tube is easily accessible and surrounded by numerous dining options, oxford street and hyde park. My room was a great for a solo traveler and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The bathroom was clean and had hot water running at all times. The only downside is, you will have to bring your own toiletries as there is none available in the room. The staff (Rahul and Ali) were attentive and courteous. Check-in was smooth, and they provided helpful recommendations and directions when needed. They were understanding and helped with storing luggage during check ins and out! Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

The hotel was as described. Our room was roomy and quiet, even though we were near the elevators. Everything worked, and the location is ideal.

Great location right next to Marble Arch. Tube station a couple of minutes walk. Felt very safe with key entry after 9pm and key entry to lifts. Room was huge with great air con. Would definately stay again. Signs did say free breakfast voucher if you did not use room cleaning service but that didnt materialise but overall good stay.

The staff at reception were the absolute best. So friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The room was a very good size, nicely decorated and clean. The local area is really quiet and very close to Hyde Park. We were given a welcome gift upon check in; two chocolate truffles, which was a nice gesture. We would definitely stay again.

Great location. Near the central subway line, Marble Arch and a major bus hub. We took busses over the tube to most attractions. Also close to shopping, from Primemark to Mark & Spencers to Selfridge. The room was a good size, but it was tired. The rug needed to be replaced, there were numerous stains and marks. The staff was always attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet is extensive, but its at the hotel across the street.
