Extremely condescending attitude of the lady at reception when we arrived. We were welcomed by a dead rose in our room. Facility is very old and uncomfortable. We had to climb 12 steps to get on the elevator and 10 more steps to get to our room after getting off. The room was like an attic. Very dark, not enough lights. The only thing I liked was the view from the window. The black man who carried our luggage was nice too. The black lady serving breakfast was very moody. Sometimes she ignored me but sometimes she smiled at me. Very disappointing as a whole and don’t think will ever go back. Not at all worth the price.

左岸の中心部にあり、観光もショッピングもどこに行くにも便利でした。隣のビストロと同経営の小さなホテルですが、インテリアも大変素敵でしたし、清潔さ・ホテルの方の親切で気持ちの良い対応、全て素晴らしかったです。隣のビストロもいつも混んでいますが、宿泊者は特別に席の予約をしてもらえます。とても美味しかったです！！ エレベーターがびっくりするほど狭いのですが、荷物の上げ下ろしはホテルの方がしてくださるので問題ありません。

部屋の居心地良さ　良心的なやさしい従業員　おいしい朝食　地下鉄もバスも大変便利　ホテル近くにも十分なお買い物を楽しめる立地　空港まで30分で言ってくれる運転手62ユーロに負けてくれた。ありがとう。

小さいけれど、雰囲気のいいホテルに泊まりたい、と親子で2泊しました。朝食付きで4万円近くは4つ星ホテルにしては高いです。コーヒーはマシンがありました。ロケーションは抜群で、どこに散策にでかけるのも、サンジェルマン近辺ならおしゃれな雑貨やカフェ、ブティックがあり便利。特に、大人気ビストロ　ルレコントワールも系列らしく、朝食もそこで抜群においしく、夕食も通常なら並んで待つビストロを予約できました。部屋も素敵でしたが、エレベーターは狭い、遅い、来ないのにはちょっと困りました。階段は狭いので大きいスーツケースを運ぶのは大変です。

立地条件、レセプションの対応大変素晴らしく文句なしのお勧めホテルです。ホテルに確認しなかったのですが、もしかしたら古い設備で一定量のお湯を使うと（タンク全て使うと、次にお湯が出るのに時間がかかる？）ぬるい水になってしまいます。そこがたまたま起きた出来事なのかわからないので、なんともいえませんが、翌日はちゃんとお湯は出ましたよ。

サンジェルマンのオディオンにある便利なホテル。特に、回りに美味しい食事ができるカフェがたくさんある。ホテル内のレストランもワインが充実した味も最高。従業員もフレンドリー。

パリのプチホテルとして、とても清潔・快適で居心地最高。お薦めです。料金はちょっと高めですが、次も是非利用したい。（２０１１・９・２３）

Had an amazing time at this hotel. It was in a great spot with its own little restaurant which is buzzing at night. Ideal walking distance to many of the best spots in Paris plus a great staff. Note it is definitely tiny.

Incredible location with many great cafes at the doorstep. Spacious room with tons of character. Comfortable bed. Somuch attention to detail. Fantastic a/c too! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Gran sorpresa en Paris !! Para ser un hotel pequeño, la habitación que tuvimos era muy grande y muy peculiar, muy tradicional , inclusive teníamos una pequeña terraza lo cual es un súper plus en Paris. En una buena zona con muchísimas cosas alrededor . Staff amable . Un elevador minúsculo. Muy buen estancia en paris por la habitación !!

Lindo hotel, pequeño pero muy bien ubicado, transporte metro a 50 mts al lado de jardines de Luxemburgo. Me encantó

What a wonderful find! My room was spacious, comfortable and very nicely appointed! The staff were friendly, spoke English and were great with recommendations on things to see and places to eat. I loved the location- easily walkable to touristy areas but quiet and safe! I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing hotel. We received a free bottle of champagne and a lovely note from the team. Amazing room with great views and surrounded by the restaurants and shops of st Germain de pres. also you can walk to most sites!

Topissime emplacement !.dans Maison Bourgeoise pleine de charme.. en plein cœur de st Germain des Prés, pour le " Magasinage " c'est très dur de résister aux innombrables Tentations.. Accueil très chaleureux, ambiance cocooning, chambre magnifique, grande ultra calme avec poutres, tissus murale, lampes de chevets nombreuses qui donnent une ambiance des plus intime qui nous oblige à prendre le Petit Déjeuner en room service afin de profiter de cette ambiance au maximum...Merci à vous

Doğum günü ve evlilik yıldönümü için Saint German Relais Hotel, lokasyon ve hizmet olarak çok iyiydi. Asansör eski bir bina olduğu için küçük olsa da, sorun yaratmadı. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Evlilik yıldönümü olduğunu öğrendiklerinde odamıza şampanya ve kuruyemiş ile birlikte kutlama mesajı bırakmışlar. Küçük ayrıntı bizi mutlu etti.
