英語が話せるスタッフは限られているようですが、皆さん親切でした。 地図情報が間違っているようで、実際にはシティから離れていました。

Fabulous stay. The room was huge, comfortable, clean, and bright. The river view from the balcony was magical - one doesn’t even need a river cruise as the views from the room and Hotel itself are so good! The staff are excellent - they’re very well trained, polite, friendly, and efficient. Staff went over and above on many occasions and made the stay very enjoyable for us. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the main town centre and the hotel offers a free shuttle all day long to pick & drop. My only suggestion is to improve the restaurant within the hotel. I ate lunch twice and was not impressed with the food quality. A top class hotel like this should have a high standard restaurant.

Lovely hotel and the staff are amazing. Area is a bit limited and away from the centre.

Beautiful views over The Mekong! Wonderful hotel! Bit far out from main town! Free shuttle to airport was very appreciated.
