あの価格にしては朝食が付いてないのは不満です。台湾4泊の中で一番高いホテルだったのに。 クロークがないのも不満です。再度の利用はないし、友人にも薦めません。

たまたまかもですが、日本語を話せるスタッフの方がいてとても助かりました。優しかったです。

這是間很新的飯店，離附近捷運站有點小遠，但是飯店裝潢的很用心，設備齊全，淋浴水壓很強，員工也很親切，很推薦。

Generally the room was good, maybe a bit “over designed”, still the size & nature light (through the balcony) were great. The location was good, near to Arena Kaohsiung, even though the outside area of the building was somehow isolated.. Finslly I am a sustainability - oriented traveler, so I am ok for not making up the room daily, but I think the hotel should allow passengers to choose, and not to “guess”. Or another miss-communication is the front desk staff business hour, I had never imagined it was not 24 hours service, so when I left at 7:30 am the last day and needed to hand in my luggage for the staff to store for me, I had to leave them at a corner and message to the hotel by Line.. even though the staff was kind specially the guy with glasses at night!

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient to the night market and other stores and dining. Wonderful stay!

Fantastic, quirky hotel in a weird but convenient location next to the train station. Main attraction is the decor; the owner (or the owner's daughter) had a lot of fun. The hotel lacks a restaurant; there is a 24/7 self-service snack and coffee bar, and the very helpful young lady at the front desk will be more than happy to offer neighborhood restaurant suggestions. The somewhat unlikely location is in a residential neighborhood a ten-minute walk from the train station.

旅館新净整潔，每間房間都有獨特名字，獨特風格，室內佈置裝飾優美，充滿藝術氣息，住得非常舒服安心，入住時職員都很有耐心地介紹推薦附近美食餐廳地點。旅館有用餐共享空間，提供小食、冰塊、水果、飲料、食物都很好吃。地點算鄰近捷運站及瑞豐夜市，非常方便，很值得推介。

I was greeted by a female staff. She couldn't communicate in English but i could feel her sincerity. It wasn't check in time yet but she was able to give me directions to the nearest shopping mall where there's food thinking that I was hungry lol I really appreciated her consideration and when i came back the luggage was already in my room. Service was excellent. I will miss Kaohsiung and the people there. I felt like home when I was staying at Zela design hotel. There were Youbike stations nearby making it very convenient to get around.

環境舒適， 飲料、零食自由取用，非常好 還有氣泡水 離夜市近

這幾年新開的旅館，便利性高，有樓中樓座位，可以在那邊休憩、吃飯、聊天，而且有茶類、咖啡、冰塊、氣泡水可供飲用，也有小零食跟水果自行拿去，很棒！

The rooms were beautifully decorated and designed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back and stay.

理想和舒適，第二次入住

所有接觸的物品都很乾淨是我最滿意的,地點很好鬧中取靜,但沒有專屬停車場有點可惜,附近的夜市和巨蛋漢神走路會到,離春秋閣也很近,沒有久候的CHECK IN OUT很方便!
