This is the best hotel I have ever traveled abroad. First of all, the clean side (we are relatively fastidious Japanese) is wonderful. I was very happy that the janitor who came on the fourth day found the small toys and picture books that my child had dropped and displayed them with a new towel. Above all, the receptionist's personality was the best! (I'm sorry I forgot to hear your name). They were very kind and courteous to our poor English. And they had a great conversation with us. I want to see you again. When I visit Cairns again, I would definitely like to stay. Thank you very much.

The laundry service was great. The staff was very friendly.

Everything at the resort was exceptional! I would stay there again. Only thing i would suggest is that of you dont have a car.... it can be difficult to get into Cairns as its about a 15-20min drive.. trying to get a uber or cab can be challenging.

This little gem was amazing!! Modern, clean, well located in northern suburbs and staff were amazing and friendly. I would 100% stay here again!

We stayed at Trinity Collective for six days. We arrived quite late on Monday afternoon, but the staff who welcomed us were very friendly and accommodating. The place was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed — it truly felt like home. The surroundings were peaceful, and the ambience was just perfect. I also loved having my little kangaroo friend around; it was always in sight and kept me entertained throughout our stay.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay, about 20 minutes drive to down town, secure free parking. I recommend this place.

The property and the rooms are lovely. You are in the middle of a neighbourhood which is a nice change from being in a downtown area. There isn’t much around but it’s close enough to drive to what you need.

This was the most comfy stay I’ve had in quite sometime. The space of the apartment style accomodation was perfect. The only downside is dining options are accessible only by car.

The apartment was great, close to the pool and having the alfresco was nice. Parking was easy and the staff were lovely! Only thing that was lacking was the beds weren’t very comfortable but this is personal preference so hard to keep everyone happy in a large accommodation.

Bloody brilliant. The property is new, clean, great value, comfortable bed, the staff were also great. Trinity Beach up the road is a really good area, very good quality restaurants.

First time staying here. The property is new but our room smelled funny whenever we came back after it being shut up for the day. The towels also really smelt after four days of being damp, wasn’t sure if we could ask for others. Bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great (I’m quite fussy though). Pool area was lovely, it was a nice quiet location. You definitely need a car. They also need to mark out the car parks spaces better, nobody seemed to be able to park straight when we were there so ended up having to park in the staff car park one time.

This place is fantastic & reasonably priced. Not on a beach but so close to many as well as Cairns, Skyrail, Cattana Wetlands, etc. with Atherton Tablelands & the Daintree not too far away. The staff are delightful. Don’t be put off by the 2 story buildings as they have lifts. There are big plans to expand so hope it will retain it’s vibe.
