Beautiful building and high quality service. The only thing I disliked is inconvenient transport.

シャンティイに競馬をみに行った際に泊まりました。田舎のお城を改装したホテルで雰囲気は最高です。食事も美味しいし、特に受付のおねぇさんたち、素晴らしい対応だけでなく、みな相当な美人さんでした。部屋も広くて清潔でセンスもよく快適でした。

部屋から見える景色が最高でした。

従業員の方が学生のアルバイトかと思うほど、レベルが低すぎます！ 受付も、レストランのウエイターも。 建物は、中々素敵なので残念でした！ ３泊して、最後の朝、レストランに違うスタッフの方々がいました。 1人、とても素晴らしいおじ様で、テキバキと一生懸命に笑顔で お仕事をなさっていました。 初めてホッと致しました。この方がいたら評価は全く違うものになっていました。

Séjour magnifique dans ce très bel hôtel où tout le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux Les familles sont les bienvenues , ce qui est rare dans ce type d établissement

Séjour d’une nuit pour un anniversaire de rencontre avec ma compagne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Petit plus pour Francis le major d’homme très agréable nous ayant raconté l’histoire de la propriété et fait une petite visite. Le spa est incroyable de plus étant un séjour en semaine nous avions la piscine rien que pour nous. Le restaurant était super nous y avons très bien mangé. Un peu déçu pour le petit déjeuner mais cela ne tiens qu’à moi. Nous recommandons cet hôtel a 100%

Beautiful, quiet property near CDG.

Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Café da manhã excelente. Hotel fica em meio à floresta, com vistas incríveis. Acesso fácil de carro ao Castelo de Chantilly. Especial atenção à equipe da recepção e ao Guest Relation. Simplesmente fantásticos. José e Theo tornaram ainda mais especial nossa hospedagem com a experiência Chantilly. Aprendemos a fazer o creme e degustamos com doces, frutas e champanhe.

Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui est d’une incroyable gentillesse. Et comme le montrent les photos, le décor est superbe.

It was an amazing experience staying here. At first you see the beauty and elegance of this property and then you’re met with this heavenly scent. The service was great, the restaurant had some of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted. Just really enjoyed myself and will definitely be coming back.

Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble Le voiturier au top très professionnel Déception à la réception pour une demande particulière... Je trouve bien dommage la qualité de service n'est plus la même: refus de mettre des fleurs dans la chambre pour notre anniversaire de mariage je trouve que le service n'a pas été à la hauteur comparé à notre séjour l'année dernière.

It’s with regret I give this hotel a 2 star review but I feel it is fair and balanced for this hotel in its current state. Cons: First impressions count for a lot. My wife and I had let the hotel know in advance we were celebrating our honeymoon having just married in France. The hotel confirmed they would organise something special for us. However nothing was arranged at all which felt anticlimactic and disappointing. However i haven’t let this tarnish the rest of the review as this may have been a simple mistake. There are also no umbrellas for guests to use, even to simply move luggage into the car park. The spa area is nice, but the hot tub was out of service for the duration of our stay. Our shower didn’t drain quickly so each shower I ended standing in still water. In addition the bathroom mirrors steam up easily due to poor extractors. Finally our service at reception wasn’t good. On check in we were told breakfast was extra which we had to challenge as we’d got breakfast included with our booking. Then on checkout we were presented a bill that included the nightly rate which we’d already paid, correcting this took 10 minutes. A few of these points standalone probably wouldn’t warrant a negative review but together it added up to be too much for a 5 star establishment. Pros: Excellent breakfast and good wait staff who couldn’t be faulted. The rooms are pleasant and modern with good air conditioning systems. Pleasant luggage porters. Beautiful setting.
