総合評価とレビュー Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort

布団のシーツや敷パッドにシミや汚れ（血液のようなもの）が所々についていた。翌日の清掃時に取り替えを依頼したら敷パットそのものが外されていた（部屋自体は綺麗に清掃してくれていた）。空調もわかりにくく、寒くなり過ぎたりと温度設定が難しかったが、空港からも近く（タクシーで1メーターほど）全体の雰囲気や、プライベートビーチはとても快適だったので、このホテルを選んでよかった。

全体的に清潔で、サービスも良かったが、お風呂の栓が無かったりお湯が後半出なくなったりと、ちょっと残念な部分もあった。サモアの中では、最高のホテルだと思う。

リクエストでツゥィンベッド2つのデラックスルームで予約が確定しているのに関わらず、最初にダブルベット一つの部屋に案内されたので、クレームを入れましたが、部屋が無いのでエキストラベッドを入れるというのでそれも拒否した所、しばらくして支配人らしき人が来て、当初要求通りの部屋に最終的に案内された。つまりは最初から空いているに関わらずランクの低い部屋に泊めようとしたことが明白でホテル側の経営姿勢が見える。

サモアのファレオロ国際空港と、サバイイ島に行くフェリー乗り場まで、ウポル島で一番近い豪華ホテルです。アピアまでは少し離れていますが、シェラトンなので設備やサービスは充実しています。ただし、海水の透明度は良くありません。滞在客はニュージーランドからの観光客がほとんどで、みんなプールで泳いでいました。

Wouldn't go again. We arrived at around 2 20. Room wasn't ready til 3 supposedly. They have loads rooms and it seemed very quiet so I'm sure there was a room ready somewhere! Then we were put in a room in the 600 building which is miles away from restaurant/ pool etc. Wee had to talk to reception about a number of things.. they were fixed quickly. But still annoying! Food was below average and over priced. (Don't order the nachos) cocktails were average also. No nice ones and what they did have were 45 tala. The beach there was sludgy underfoot. The bed was comfy and the wifi good. That was about all that was good in our three night stay.

I would not book with Expedia as there prices are a lot higher that booking directly Amazing service and staff

Property and rooms were well maintained clean and tidy. Staff were attentive to your needs. I would highly recommend this property

Beautiful breakfast buffet Servers are friendly and helpful Loved our bell boys Tai and Mark! They were always eager to help us in any capacity and went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

This hotel does not meet my expectations for a Sheraton property. It may be time for Sheraton HQ to either improve it or remove the Sheraton sign here. The bathroom was incredibly dirty, likely not cleaned properly for months or even years. While the staff is friendly, they are extremely disorganized and forget things all the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel, keep your expectations in check.

This resort exceeded all of my expectations! From our room accommodations, service from the employees and their friendliness. Everything was top shelf! I highly recommend this to everyone visiting Samoa. Manuia!

This resort was closed for over a year recently for renovation, hard to see what’s been done , must have been mainly behind the scenes. Most staff very friendly but sometimes requests take a while to happen. There are no shops in the vicinity for any basics so be prepared before you go. Litter is a problem, not a lot around but enough to annoy , no one employed to look after this issue . Breakfast is good (all you can eat) but not excellent
