施設はきれいで部屋も広く清潔感があった。虫が部屋に入らないようにドアに隙間を埋める虫除けがあった。目の前がひたすら海で水平線を見ながらリラックスできる。食事は当たりはずれがあるがおおむね普通に美味しい。迷ったらステーキを。WST500のリゾートクーポンが付いてきて食事（部屋でのルームサービス）にも使えたので実質食事代はかからなかった。朝食は毎日大きな変化がなく少し飽きたがエッグスタンドもあり充分かと思う。フロントとのやりとりはワッツアップでできるので楽。空港からのピックアップはWST16で、空港への送りはパッケージに込みだった。フロントでの会計はあらためて自分のパッケージに何が含まれているかを把握し指摘しないとフロントが全てを把握しているわけではないので注意が必要です。スタッフは皆親切で、Wi-Fiが部屋だけではなくビーチサイドでもしっかり入ったのでありがたい。空港で簡単に現地SIMカードが買えた。ボーダフォン7日20㎇付きパッケージ、インストール料込みでWST24。空港の両替所では日本円も両替可能。

布団のシーツや敷パッドにシミや汚れ（血液のようなもの）が所々についていた。翌日の清掃時に取り替えを依頼したら敷パットそのものが外されていた（部屋自体は綺麗に清掃してくれていた）。空調もわかりにくく、寒くなり過ぎたりと温度設定が難しかったが、空港からも近く（タクシーで1メーターほど）全体の雰囲気や、プライベートビーチはとても快適だったので、このホテルを選んでよかった。

全体的に清潔で、サービスも良かったが、お風呂の栓が無かったりお湯が後半出なくなったりと、ちょっと残念な部分もあった。サモアの中では、最高のホテルだと思う。

リクエストでツゥィンベッド2つのデラックスルームで予約が確定しているのに関わらず、最初にダブルベット一つの部屋に案内されたので、クレームを入れましたが、部屋が無いのでエキストラベッドを入れるというのでそれも拒否した所、しばらくして支配人らしき人が来て、当初要求通りの部屋に最終的に案内された。つまりは最初から空いているに関わらずランクの低い部屋に泊めようとしたことが明白でホテル側の経営姿勢が見える。

サモアのファレオロ国際空港と、サバイイ島に行くフェリー乗り場まで、ウポル島で一番近い豪華ホテルです。アピアまでは少し離れていますが、シェラトンなので設備やサービスは充実しています。ただし、海水の透明度は良くありません。滞在客はニュージーランドからの観光客がほとんどで、みんなプールで泳いでいました。

Overall: A relaxing stay with great airport access, but service needs some tightening up. ​The Room: Spacious and clean, though the floor in our initial room (we stayed there twice due to our arrival and departure times) felt like it needed a good mop. I missed the complimentary slippers the previous Sheraton management used to provide, but otherwise, it was a good space. ​Amenities & Atmosphere: Great, relaxing vibe. The beach and pool are both lovely. They did run out of pool towels due to how busy it was, resulting in a bit of a wait. We also checked out the casino for the first time and appreciated the good deals they offered. ​Dining & Service: The food was decent, but the wait staff operations need improvement. Our order was misplaced, and three tables that arrived after us were served first. It took me speaking up to get things moving. Despite having plenty of staff on the floor, there was a lack of consistent follow-up with tables. ​Location: Highly recommended for its proximity to the airport - very handy for early morning flights or late check-ins.

Beautiful place. Panoramic views. Staff are very friendlly. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is special and Samoa has real charm, people are genuine and friendly. Service is a little haphazard and food is not top end. Would I recommend to anyone to stay here? for the location yes 100%, and hopefully other wrinkles get ironed out in time. This has the potential to be a really great destination but it’s got a little distance to go.

Everything was GREAT with the exception of the spa location…Spa location was waaaay tooo far, it needs a golf cart to transport the visitors and honestly was kinda scary and creepy.

The hot water was cold and luke warm. NO towels in the room.

Beautiful Property great Poull very clean good food and the staff are amazing.

The staff were very attentive, the room was comfortable and well stocked with essentials. ( just missing milk that was supplied quickly) The swimming pools were clean and inviting and the grounds, beach and view beautiful. We will stay again as we often travel to Savaii and this is a wonderful location.

AMAZING staff. So incredibly warm and hospitable. 10/5 stars. I had a couple minor issues that were somewhat annoying. When I checked in I let staff know my room was missing a hairdryer and remote, and this was not replaced. Later than night I encountered a swarm of snails that had entered my unit. Of course not something hotel can control - it's the tropics. I asked to be moved to another room which was immediately accommodated. However upon arriving to the room I noticed there was no deadbolt. As a woman solo, I would have liked one. Also they said there would be a dryer in that room - also not in there. All in all minor issues, overall a great stay - wonderful staff, BEST massage, gorgeous property.

Great position and beach swimming. Breakfast was very typical of the islands and I wish their were more varieties on fruit available as well as some more traditional Samoan foods to try on the evening menu. Loved how the resort was designed and the huge pool area. Very much a wonderful relaxing holiday.

This is pure heaven. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When we arrived I had a room that didn't tick the boxes for me, Within an hour they had us moved without any issues. They went out of their way to spoil me on my birthday with multiple surprises. Rooms are tidy and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful every morning and always well stocked, coffee was brilliant.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel that I booked it 3 times while visiting family and wanting to get away from family 😉😂getting in “me” time when I could. The staff were amazing and friendly, and the whole place felt relaxing and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Reception ladies were excellent and got me an early check in at 12, they went above and beyond. The bar guys were awesome who served great cocktails & fantastic service with a smile 😊 The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was beautiful & the beach view to die for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite. The only thing I will say is it could use a little more TLC around the grounds for minor things like gardens, but they seemed to be working on this while we were there. Please taper your expectations for these types of destinations! Small island nations have may have big hearts, but they don’t have big budgets. Don’t expect to find a fancy Bali resort here! All in all, we loved our stay! Thanks team

Amazing spot. Big property with 3 beach’s to choose from. Rooms and amenities are great. Hotel staff were excellent, service with a smile. Some long waits for food at restaurant but island time isn’t a bad thing! Close to the airport but a bit far from Apia and other attractions in Upolu so bring cash for taxis. Best spot to book in Samoa!
