シェムリアップ観光の中心、パブストリートやオールドマーケットにも近く、周辺にレストラン、スーパーなどの商店も有り、便利な立地です。 フロントスタッフの方に観光ルートやトゥクトゥクの予約、早朝ツアー出発時の朝食お弁当の相談にのっていただき大変助かりました。 朝食はカンボジア料理、洋食のそれぞれいくつかから選択できました。パンケーキがフワフワでおいしかったです。 部屋の設備は豪華な訳ではありませんが、一通り揃っていて１人旅には十分でした。 お世話になりました。

ホテルは場所もよく、シェムリアップの多くの店などは歩いて行ける距離にある。朝食はビュッフェスタイルではなく、シェフが個々に調理している。プールは比較的小さいが人も少なく十分に快適。部屋も清潔で過ごしやすい。スタッフは皆親切で気がきく。

Thank you so much for the birthday cake. Also, we had to leave early for the day trip and they offered to make breakfast box. My daughter enjoyed swimming at the roof top. It is a perfect size for kids and food there was great! It was nice that I could enjoy my drink, and my daughter could enjoy her fish and chips while we enjoy swimming pool. The place is close the pub street and we were able to walk to the night market.

とても居心地の良いホテルで、スタッフの気遣い、部屋の雰囲気や清潔さ、食事の美味しさ、すべて素晴らしかったです。ループトップから見る朝日が最高でした。夜に周辺のBarから大音量の音楽が聞こえて悩まされましたが、アクセスの良さを考えると仕方ないかと。シェムリアップに来る機会がありましたら、またぜひ滞在したいです。

スタッフさんがフレンドリー、パプストリートまで徒歩5分くらいで便利でした。 ひとつ気になるのがベッドの枠（木枠）がマットレスから出てるので脛を傷つけます。実際何度かぶつけて傷を作ったので、柔らかいカバーがあると良いと感じます。

とても素晴らしいホテルでした。特にホテルのスタッフの方が素晴らしい。みなさんいつも笑顔で接してくれますし、ツアーや移動など事前に相談させてもらいましたが､タイムリーかつ的確なやりとりができとても安心できました。 場所はパブストリートにも歩いていける距離（5分くらい）ですので､食事なども困りません。部屋も清潔感があり快適でした。朝ごはんもいくつか選べますし味も美味しかったです。 こぢんまりとしたホテルですがとても快適でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

Very conveniently located. The staff it's courteous and helpful. The room its big and comfortable. The hotel has a Rooftop bar and a pool. The sunsets are beautiful from there. The breakfast is delicious.

The hotel staff provides a lot of suggestions and assistance for planning sightseeing around the Angkor area.

In diesem Hotel war alles sehr gut - Personal, Zimmer, Frühstück, Lage, Sauberkeit, Pool+Bar. Mit das beste Hotel auf meiner gesamten Asienreise Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed during our stay. It was an amazing hotel, beautifully presented and very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was superb, although I feel I have put on a few kg lol. I can highly recommend this hotel, centrally located in the heart of Siem Reap. Thanks so much

The hotel location is very central, walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafes. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooftop pool was great although water was warm every day. Hotel offers transport and tours to the main tourist attractions. Whilst the hotel may be rated as 4-star hotel having all the amenities and services a 4-star accommodation should have, everything was very basic including breakfast items. Our bathroom door only closed when locked from inside, some areas in the bathroom seemed to be never finished and TV had no channels.

Nice rooms, good location, quiet walkable distance from restaurants and downtown action. Very good service with nice tuk tuk drivers available to visit the vast Angkor area and its many temples. Reasonably good breakfast. Would good back without hesitation

Great hotel and great value. Quick walk to Pub Street and several places to dine and shop. The rooftop bar/restaurant had a good menu and the pool was refreshing for hot days. The view up there could see a lot and when it wasn't raining, the sunsets were beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff (Peb Ju, Simon, Panha, and Mei Rak among others) were amazing and catered to every need. Anything I asked for they worked fast and hard to get what it was I needed whether it was information, or laundry services, a ride to the airport or tour guide. The only down side is the hotel next door got a little wild late into the night. I would recommend staying here though, and I will definitely book again when returning to Siem Reap.

Would have left a higher rating, but I paid for late check out and they did not honor it.

Thank you Simon and all the wonderful staff who looked after me during my time in Siem Reap. They allowed early check in, supported me to book great tours, the room so clean and pool area the perfect hang out. I would recommend to anybody
