Check-in and check-out without meeting other people. The water and coffee service was really helpful.

Lovely hotel, really clean and great location. Loved the self service aspect of getting towels and extras for the room. Little details stopped me from giving it 5 stars. One of the mattresses in the room was saggy and needed replacing. The TV remote control didn’t work and wasn’t fixed or replaced despite me asking twice. A mini fridge in the room would have been helpful.

Ein wunderbares Hotel! Die Lage ist toll zwischen Wasser und Innenstadt, alle Architektur Highlights sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst ist niedlich eingerichtet, sehr modern. Das Hotel Team ist super nett, es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten für den Gast wie Wasser und Obst und gute Kosmetik im Bad.

The property is well kept. Free coffee machine and fruit. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very quiet and simple access

The hotel itself is lovely, but my ground floor room was a big letdown. Constant street noise and guests smoking right outside the window made it impossible to open the windows or curtains. On top of that, the front desk staff were arrogant. The shower taps were broken. Disappointing overall.

The hotel is not far from a tram stop and very close to Erasmusbrug Bridge and the Waterbus.

Top! Gute Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zur Ablagestelle für Hafenrundtour und super Rooftop-Bar und auch noch fußläufig zum Bahnhof. Braille-Schrift, Rollstuhlrampe, Kaffee und Wasser ganztägig, Bequeme Betten, Gepäckschließfächer und freundliches Personal. Lediglich die ständigen Mails zum Vorab-Einchecken haben mich genervt. Sie haben den Eindruck vermittelt, dass es ohne nicht geht. Ärgerlich, wenn es aber technisch nicht funktioniert. Man kann übrigens ganz normal auch vor Ort einchecken.

The room was ok , just compact , confined and lacking day light .the window was unreachable and was small. Not sure id stay here again

The hotel was not as convenient as thought. In fact, it was a distance fm the main train station. The tram stop was right in front of the hotel but we waited a bit too long for the tram n the return tram stop was not so near n easy to the hotel. Our room didnt hv a sheltered walkway so we were exposed when it rained.

Well equipped hotel for decent price, at a great location. Single room is compact but has all facilities you need. Would recommend!

The hotel was nice and my room was overall good. There were a couple of tiny things that called into question how clean my room was (small stains on the carpet and some white goo on the bathroom wall). I was surprised that there were no usb outlets in the room. Overall, it was comfortable and friendly. I enjoyed my stay

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Felt secure in this hotel, especially with the code access. Lockers to hold bags is a good touch. Only thing that I would’ve hoped for is a WC in the reception for those that haven’t checked in yet.
