My only concern is that the bed was much too soft. You had to sleep in the middle

Very clean and basic motel. Happy with the experience however it is a little outdated.

The property and my room were very clean and well appointed. The innkeeper was busy, involved, available and happy to assist. She was great!

This place was OK. Attractive and tidy lobby. Had a handicapped accessible room. Staff was pleasant. Room was OK and everything worked--except the bathroom faucet, which provided only a trickle of water. Bed world be fine for some but for those who have bad backs, it would be way too marshmallow-like. Breakfast was typical for this kind of place. There was selection and chance at waffles. I think, but pretty routine.

Arrived just after check in time and bed had not been made yet but staff rectified promptly.

Our stay was great. You could not ask for a better location, older hotel, very well maintained and clean; bathrooms could use some updating. Very quiet, nice view of the woods. Large parking lot but no charging station.

Everything was clean and was a very good experience

Place was slightly dated but rooms were clean, no bugs, A/C worked well (which was a key factor since it was 95 all weekend). Beds and pillows were very comfy which is always a plus and not always a guarantee at hotels. Free breakfast was lackluster but not a deal breaker for me. Also I’ve noticed some others comments regarding the area seeming sketch, but my parents had a cottage nearby and so I spent 45 years of entire summers in the area and can tell you that it’s a safe area, it’s just that many of the outlet shops went out of business but it’s safe there.

The breakfast was sub par and the staff wasn't the best. We had to ask for towels and bedding for the pull out sofa bed. Then the worst thing was the outside lighting shined in the windows all night, the curtains did not keep light out of room. It was like day light all night, bad night of sleep.

Looking out our window, there were quite a few old refrigerators it look like. The back seem to be a dumping ground for these.

The hotel was short-staffed. The few employees present were working hard, but not enough was getting done due to the lack of staff. I noticed that a pillow was missing. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, making it difficult for me to shave. Additionally, there was only a small flow of water from the bathroom sink, and the water pressure was low. However, the shower was functioning properly. When I wanted to check out, I pressed the buzzer to call for staff three times, but no one came, so I ended up leaving without talking to anyone about these complaints.

Buffet breakfast was half empty. People were fighting over the last bagel.

Hot in building with bad odor and extremely rude staff.

Not much to like. It’s was very worn. Needed to be updated. Staff needs to be more cheerful and congenial.

The bed springs must have been broken as the bed was super saggy. There was no extra toilet paper. The hotel was OK, staff was not very friendly, breakfast was pretty meager.

The location near Pokagon State Park was very convenient. Our room was clean and the shower pressure was great. Breakfast was nice and everyone that worked at this hotel was super nice!

Stayed here over the weekend. Only decent things about the room were how comfortable the bed was, and the big TV. Other than that, the tub was dirty, crumbs on the floor, and we asked for extra towels and they never came. If you need a regular place to stay, this isn’t bad, just don’t expect anything extra.
