はじめてペンサコーラに旅行しました。 このホテルは、清潔で静かで広々としていて、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。

Hotel was very clean with a very friendly staff! Breakfast options weren’t bad for it to be included for the price. Location is close to many food options and about a 20 min drive down to the beach!

The stay was awesome. The hotel is clean and customer services is superb.

Loved the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism of the staff.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location everything to suit our particular needs was in driving distance. The only negative review and I’m being very transparent is that housekeeping knocks on the doors way too early especially for guest staying five days and our room never got cleaned once. I have to say that’s a first for us. That minor detail does matter and could potentially get the hotel negative ratings. However, everything else was A1 and the staff was very friendly. Needless to say my husband and I had a blast in Pensacola. Overall still a 5 star rating for us!!!

Hotel moderno ,molto puliti gli spazi comuni e le camere. Il bagno con pulizia e cambio asciugamani quotidiani,la stanza viene rifatta solo prr soggiorni superiori a 5giorni ( unica pecca direi) Colazione non particolarmente varia ma sempre tutto buono e abbondante. Nei dintorni ovunque ristoranti e supermercati. Parcheggio a pagamento ma molto economico rispetto ad altri hotel Direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliato

Convenient and great breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable. Room darkened well. Clean bathroom.

The AC doesn’t stay on. I woke up EVERY night seeating and needing to turn the AC back on multiple times throughout each night

Bathroom door did not close. Shower and baseboards dirty. Trash on floor at end of bed. Not very well kept up considering it was a fairly new hotel.

I called to reserve a shuttle day before. When I got there that evening, I was told an airport shuttle had to have a 24 hour notice. told the front desk I called yesterday. Front desk told me ok they would get one and call me in a half hour in the room. I called front desk AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF. Again, was told I would get a confirmation call back in a half hour. NEVER DID. Stopped by desk first thing next morning. Found out THE FRONT DESK NEVER ORDERED MY AIRPORT SHUTTLE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND MY NAME WAS NOT ON THE LIST. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Very nice and updated hotel.

The hotel was great, the location was very close to the airport and in closedriving distance to several nice food places. The only part that I wish I would have known is that you have to schedule an airport shuttle 24 hours before pick up.

The staff were friendly and accomidating!
