総合評価とレビュー BJØRVIKA APARTMENTS, Teaterplassen, Oslo city center

オスロ中央駅から比較的近く、便利な場所にあったのですが、道がガタガタしていて、スーツケースとベビーカーを持っての移動は大変でした。

アパートメントタイプのホテルで、食洗機も洗濯機もあって、とても快適に過ごせました。洗濯機は全自動で乾燥までできました。オスロ中央駅からショッピングセンターも近く便利でした。主な観光地も歩いていけました。

海外（特に日本）からの旅行者には進められません。通常のホテルではなく、一般の住居を整備して提供しているもので、日本では許されないものではないでしょうか？ まず、事務所に行って鍵をもらうのですが、駅からは遠く車を待たせることもできない場所にあり、大きな荷物をかかえた旅行者が行くのは、きわめて困難。鍵をもらうところからアパートまで、歩いて５分。これも雨が降っていなかった事だけが幸いでした。さらにアパートは、中級以下の集合住宅であり、門の鍵も壊れていました。部屋は５階にありましたが、エレベーターが壊れていて、階段でのぼることに。エネルギーをロスすること著しく、私は宿泊することをあきらめて、他のホテルを探しました。値段と写真は一流ですが、実態は。。。想像してください。

アパートタイプとわかっていたが、3泊し以下の点が不満。タオルが2枚組が2セットしかない、エクストラは有料なので毎日選択必要(洗濯機設置),カーテンが斜光でなく朝早くからまぶしい、ゴミ分別、ゴミだしが面倒、コーヒー豆と塩コショウオイルなど調味料ぐらい置いて欲しい。ティッシュペーパーがない。 一人暮らし感があり、スーパーがアパートの真下で駅近で場所は最高に便利です

部屋は2LDK70㎡程の清潔アパート、家具、キッチンはイケア風。３泊４日住み心地良く滞在。１階にスーパーマーケットREMA1000があり食材豊富。物価高ですべての食事をレストランでとはいかないノルウェーで自炊は心安らかに美味しく食べられます。中央駅からは徒歩15分、トラムもありますが歩けます。アパートにはレセプションはなく、管理事務所へは電話で連絡となる。チェックインは事前に電話して建物前で待ち合わせて、アパートの部屋に案内されることとなる。携帯が利用できなければ公衆電話でかける必要がある。私達の場合は、困っている外国人になって、建物前の通りすがりの人に携帯でかけてもらった。当アパート紹介サイトの建物外観写真は私達の泊ったアパートの外観とは異なっていて、写真をあてにして探して迷いました。泊る部屋によっては写真の建物になることがあるのでしょうか?まっ、快適なゆったりアパート滞在となりました。コペンハーゲン、ベルゲン、オスロと来て、次はストックホルムのアパートに泊ります。

With very few enhancements this could have been an amazing hangout close to city center and railway station. Decoration and furniture was uninspiring and basic, also compared to the price. The picture is not from the apartment I rented.

Lovely, spacious groundfloor apartment. Everything we needed for a long weekend visit over Ascension Day. There was some work being done on the outside steps which we hadn't been notified about which made it a bit difficult to gain access, but did not affect the stay. Very quiet in the property. Would be good to have some more blinds at the windows for privacy, as being ground floor it is overlooked by other flats. Later check out was requested but not possible, so we had to check out at 11, despite the info in the property stating 12 noon. Would stay again.

Excellent apartment choice as a home base for visiting Oslo. Directions from the apartment host was perfect. Our apartment was only 200 meters from checkin. Everything we needed for a great stay. Secure building. Fun walking around the Gronland district for quality kebabs.

Leiligheten var i utgangspunktet veldig grei, men det var litt småting som kunne gjort den veldig mye bedre. - Rommene ble varmet opp av solen, og på det ene soverommet kunne man ikke åpne vinduet, da vrideren var fjernet. Dette gjorde at rommet ble svært varmt om natten. - Putene i sengene var veldig tynne, og gav ingen støtte. - Kunne ønsket oss søppelbøtte på badet. - Kunne ønsket oss flere kniver i bestikkskuff en.

Smidigt, snyggt, allt man behöver och lite till. Så centralt och matbutik i samma hus.

Great location. Grocery store less than a block away. Roomy and comfortable. Best place we stayed on our nearly 3 week trip. I highly recommend.

Amazing location, great price and spacious accommodation compared to hotels. It does have a kitchen - that could really use. It is quiet as well. The checkin process could be a bit more efficient - you have to go somewhere else to pick up keys and then go to apartment.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a quiet area yet close to the train station. Grocery store next door. Comfy beds and sofa and fully equipped kitchen. Small balcony useful too. Absolutely perfect for our needs and helpful staff at the Bjorvika office. Easy key collection procedure. Thanks guys, would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment close to station and city centre. Good size and clean throughout.

I am not sure I like it. 2 bedrooms so I thought I would relax and enjoy the space. On April 19th Saturday night there were loud music that I couldn’t sleep. If I stayed in the hotel i could get help but not in this kind of private own apartment. Reception is away from the apartment and closed after 9 pm The apartment is simple and no bathroom soap, shampoo or conditioner supplies at all.

The interior of the apartment was really nice. Very clean, new and up-scale. Everything worked, including the laundry/drying machine. The front desk opened until 11pm on weekdays so we had no trouble getting our keys and directions even though we arrived in Oslo around 9pm. If you know the short-cut, it’s only a 5-minute walk from the train station, otherwise it would be a 10-12 minute walk. No complain at all. Will stay here again if we travel to Oslo next time!

Location was good, the staff is friendly and ready to help. The apartments are modern, clean and well equipped. Only problem is reaching the check in place by car, I had to risk a fine but then the staff suggested a safe car place inside the apartment garage (it could have been easier if they had told me before, but anyway, I loved it)

Veldig fin leilighet sentralt plassert i Oslo. God plass med alt vi trengte.

Fin beliggenhet. Litt rot med å få epostene med info, men veldig bra oppfølging på telefon.
