The hotel was cheap, and the standards of services and facilities reflected that. It is in a dingy part of town, and there was a lot of noise from people in the street and noises from the port (sirens from the port woke me up a few time - not police or ambulance sirens, but machinery sirens I think). I had to ring a number from outside the hotel to get someone to let me in for check in.
It is secure and it has secure car parking, which is very good. The room was clean, and the shared bathroom facilities were generally clean too. Very old building but clearly has had some renovations.
