Fantastic property with ALL the amenities you could want Quiet location for the Valley They do daily housekeeping so keep this in mind if you assume it’s a self contained apartment. Come in wether you’re there or not.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. First, there's no concierge or on-site staff—you have to communicate via WhatsApp, and after 7 p.m., no one responds. You're basically left on your own. The check-in process was overly complicated: a confusing mix of codes, virtual keys, and manual entry steps. Despite claims that every room has a physical key for convenience, I had to switch rooms twice and still didn’t receive one until the last day—after repeated requests. The first room I was given was filthy—feces in the toilet, oily residue on the counters, and trash in the drawers. I was moved to another room, which was only marginally better. At that point, I just tolerated it. Another serious issue: there’s no clear way to opt out of housekeeping. On two separate mornings, housekeeping entered my room unannounced—waking me up and ignoring basic privacy. The only redeeming quality is the location. If you want to be in the middle of Fortitude Valley’s nightlife, it’s well situated. But that’s where the positives end. Poor service (Can't even store your luggage on departure day), a lack of cleanliness, and zero respect for guest privacy made this one of the worst stays I’ve had. I would not recommend and definitely won’t return.

No good if you want to get some sleep!! Would have been useful to have been told of building works going on and being woken at 7am by drilling. Also window in bedroom does not close so now 2am and sounds and feels like in the middle of a disco. Such a shame as the apartment itself is amazing, really well equipped and spotlessly clean but would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Perfect property for our quick trip to Brisbane. Spotless unit with all the necessary amenities. Easy access with digital key and in a great location! We highly recommend this property!

Never received the digital key at 2pm and had to follow it up with no easy way to contact Rambla. Our apartment was quite dirty and didn't seem to have been cleaned very well. Was also really noisy from the main road below us. Unfortunately our experience here seems quite different to other reviews so possibly a one off. The rooftop pool and spa were great and the location was close to James St and short walk to Howard Smith Wharf. Felt disappointed in our stay after reading much better reviews.

Stayed for work, would definitely book here again . Clean, modern + walking distance to James street, cafes + bars .. still close to the city as well .

wonderdul place to stay, easy self checking, very clean and comfortable and great location.

Found a pipe for smoking dr**s along with a lighter in the cupboard. Took photos and contacted the company privately TWICE and got no response. Ironically still got two emails requesting me to review my stay. The property was new and in a good location, but the seeming lack of care for cleaning or customer satisfaction is terrible.

Absolutely recommend, spotlessly clean great location and loved the roof top pool and spa!!
