素敵なホテル、素晴らしいスタッフのホスピタリティで、マカオ滞在の良い思い出になりました。働いている皆さんスタッフも男女とも素敵です。

リピート利用。全てにおいて大変満足です。

立地が良くて、有名な観光地まで徒歩数分程度です。内装もとても可愛くて、歴史を感じます。空港からタクシーで15〜20分で便利でしたが、公共交通機関での移動は難しいかもしれません。

部屋も清潔で、スタッフも皆んな明るくて感じが良いです。 ホテルに向かう時、タクシーを止められないからホテルまで徒歩5分くらいの所でドライバーに降ろされたのはホテルのせいではないので。

マカオ全体としては中国語が少しは喋れないと困る場所が多いが、ホテル内は英語ができるスタッフが多くとても助かった。 ホテル内も綺麗でした。

今回初めてのマカオ滞在となりましたが、こちらのホテルは世界遺産セナド広場の目の前、どこに行くにも大変便利なロケーションでした。 今回最上階10階の部屋でしたが、広々快適、清潔、レトロな調度品も素敵でした。そしてバスタブはない部屋を予約したつもりでしたが、ゆっくりつかって一日の疲れを癒せました。 残念な点としては最近どこの国でも多いですが、客の目の前でスタッフが携帯をいじっていて声も掛けない。サービス業としていかがなものかと思います。それ以外はパーフェクトでした。

The most splendid hotel that I have stayed!

部屋も快適、スタッフも親切、近くにレストランも豊富にあり、楽しく過ごせました。また利用したい。

It is like brand new hotel. Decration with 1920's old fashion. It is very clean, staff are very nice, they make up room everyday. Great loaction it is in the old town centor.

We only had time for one night at the Hotel Central but will definitely stay there every time we go to Macau. Every detail of the renovation has been thoughtfully designed to make guests feel appreciated and welcomed. The hotel exudes graciousness, elegance and relaxation. Every single staff member is eager to make sure your stay is the absolute best possible experience. The room was compact yet so beautifully appointed. A highlight of the room was the shower that sprayed perfectly. We spent awhile on the rooftop, enjoying the welcome drink and soaking in the 360° views. Thank you to all at the Hotel Central for a wonderful stay.

The staff here were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are full of character and the views across the city are incredible. The rooftop bar is an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again!
