Very friendly and helpful staff Victor was really good, room nice and clean! Room service could be improved the food was just okay.

The nicest hotel experience I have had in years. Fantastically located within walking distance to so much. The staff were excellent. Room 702 was exceptional with a private small balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. While small the room was so well equipped. We were provided robes and slippers. The bathroom was SPOTLESS!
