Excellent staff, fantastic breakfast, clean room with great bed.

Very good staff, excellent location, and very clean.

We had a great stay at Ruby Bea in Florence and would definitely recommend it. The room was a bit small with limited storage, but clean and comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s about a 20–25 min walk to the city center, and right by the tram and bus stop—really convenient. The breakfast buffet was tasty and affordable. Only downside was the vending machines didn’t work and there’s no food service at night, but plenty of delivery options nearby. Cool, modern vibe—and yes, you can even play an electric guitar in your room!

Away from the crowds. Quite a walk from everything. Nice breakfast options. Toiletries are too fragrant.

This was a great hotel located next to a convenient Tram station. They were very kind and attentive, and the free cappuccinos were an excellent way to start the day! The room was clean and comfortable, we had a great stay.

Perfect stay, like the area, good insonorisation of the rooms Staff Excellent, breakfast all good except if you are Very picky. We would go back (only things is that it is not a 5 stars hotel)

The hotel is in a decent area that has easy access to public transportation. It’s about a 20 minute walk to most shopping and dining options. It felt safe to walk around at night. Staff was friendly but almost everything is self service.

La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas lo que lo hacía un poco incómodo, también las chicas de la recepción no explican muy bien y tienes que hacer tu propio checkin. La habitación tenía buen tamaño y estaba higiénica, recomendable.

We arrived late after a long day and the clerk could not have been more helpful. The check in process was easy and the staff person was extremely helpful. The room was clean and quiet!

Excellent spacious clean room, stay, and service… breakfast was delish, and I loved all the baristas! The best cappuccinos and service always with a smile… I don’t think I heard a NO once! Thx for a fabulous stay in Firenze!!
