It wasn't a pleasant experience. The discription of the room through the App., through the picture, through Hotels.Com booking statement of the reservation: "a single room with a twinbed". The hotel gave me a room with a single bed and no window.. and it didn't end there, the bathroom sink leaks the used water from its basen, a big cacorotch flue from AC towards me as I opened it, and the walls are too thin you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. So, they -Smile Hotel- charged me extra to move me to a room matching the description of what I've reserved and the statement in the booking of Hotels.com
