部屋はとても綺麗でした。もう少し明るい照明だともっとよかったです。スタッフは、いつも笑顔で優しいです。朝早いチェックアウトも出発するまで見送ってくれました。

Lotus Haven Hotel is truly a gem. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you need. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and to help enhance your overall vacation experience. If you’re planning to go on tours, I highly recommend booking through the hotel. It’s not only more convenient, but often cheaper and smoother than arranging things online yourself. A wonderful place to stay that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It's very good value for the cost. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. The location was ideal, central, but not noisy. It's no 4* hotel, but it's clean, safe, low cost and private.

Staff was amazing, especially Thina! Great wifi, A/C, good pressure & hot water in shower & unbeatable location! Was pleasantly surprised to have a safe & big enough to hold my laptop! I found the bed quite hard & not so smooth which was a bit rough for my skinny bones, is the only complaint I could possibly think of. The pool was about 9 x 10', but enough to cool down in. My friend had the breakfast & raved about it. Will definitely return!

Exactly what I was hoping for and more. Friendly host, perfect location, comfortable, and clean. Felt like home for the weekend. Will return if I come back to Siem Reap.
