カペル橋に近く、旧市街地にあり、ホテルの立地は良い。建物や設備は古い。予約時に見落としていたかもしれないが、室内での飲食禁止となっていたため、小さい子供連れには不便。電気ポットの貸し出しやチェックアウト後の荷物預かりなどすべて有料だった。

フロントの対応が全くなってない。隣のドアの開け閉めがうるさい。

滞在した部屋は、母屋の別の建物の三階であった。エレベータは無く、荷物の移動がつらかった。スイスに五泊したが、このホテルのみ朝食は有料だった。駅から遠く不便で、疲れた。

ルツェルン駅から徒歩10分くらいの位置であるが、少しわかりにくかった。チェックインは近くの別のホテルで行なうのも不便。エレベーターがなく、4階を割り当てられた我々は重いスーツケースを階段を使って持ち上げるのには大変苦労した。 部屋も三人では狭く、料金がリーズナブルである事を勘案すれば致し方ないかもしれないが、大きな荷物を持った旅行者にはお勧めできない。

The room was clean but just enough for the family of 4, 3 adults & 1 child. Beds are comfy. It was so hot when we arrived in Lucerne, but the staff is nice to give us bottled water after checking in & provided us with 2 electric fans in the room. It was so close to the restaurants & shopping area. Most especially, closed to Lucerne train station.

The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities like fresh espresso, pool, and umbrellas for when it rained. The only negative is there is no AC for the rare occasion of a heatwave in Switzerland. Everything else was great.

Staff was very nice but the guest house does not have an elevator so if you have luggage you must carry it up the stairs.

The Roseli Guest House is across the street from the Baslertor Hotel. They are the same, but the Guest House is simpler and less expensive. My family of 4 found the Roseli Guest House to be very clean and pleasant. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was so perfect. Right in old town and 1 block from the water and covered bridge.

Great central location within easy walking distance of key attractions and transport. Perfect base for a short stay in Lucern.

Great property!!! We were traveling as a family of 5 (3 kids) and the room was perfect for our quick stop in Lucerne. Close to everything!! The river, the train station, the lake, restaurants. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Great location!

We had a nice stay. The property location is just perfect. A bit on the expensive side for the offer, but still ok

The staff was so helpful and let us drop off our luggage, no charge, early so we could go explore. The hotel room was very basic but clean. Our room had a balcony which was great. Limited plugs for charging, basic fan in a hot room, and foam mattress bring down the score a bit but everything else, including location was amazing!

Room was very spacious, beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were amazing and very helpful, the pool and pool area were incredible. Only complaint was there was no AC in our room and it was very very hot. Would stay again!

We had 3 adults and stayed 2 nights in Lucerne. We found the Roseli Guest House to be clean and comfortable. The only thing that would make it better would be an elevator ;-) Lars and Toby were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great and everything was easily walkable.

Pros: location is rught by the chapel/lake Cons: -Old/ dinge place especially the hallways & stairwell. -Checkin & pool/sauna is not within the premises.. might aswell book at the other partner hotel. -rooms are not soundproof, you can hear people's convo & footsteps from hallway/stairwell

We stayed in the guest house of a neighboring hotel. Modest but perfect for our need. Easy to find, kept our luggage while we explored the city. Nice cafes all around. A bit noisy at night….but it was Saturday night!

We only spent a night there. Basic but at least there was a swimming pool at the nearby hotel. The staff was friendly.

Room was lovely and clean. Bathrooms are quite small for a family room, but we managed fine. We were in the Roesli but could use facilities at the sister hotel the Baslertor which is across the road. Pool was lovely, plenty of towels and a sauna. Will be great in the summer! Staff were lovely and walked us over to show us how to get in. There’s no lift so be mindful of those heavy bags! A lovely stay for the night.

The room was small for my family of 5 but was a great central point to explore the city district. So we didn’t spend much time in the room!
